Johannah was really a perfect mixture of her parents. Watching her sleep in my arms, so small, so peaceful, once again made me remember the time I found my babies. They were like her too, tiny, curled up to find some warmth around them, looking at me with those deep blue eyes, shimmering with hope.

Terrence kept watching me when I glanced at Raine and Ryan who were sitting on Terrence's lap, Ryan trying to reach out and touch his newest obsession -Johannah.

My eyes stung when I saw that Raine was grinning at me, as she put her toy in her mouth. My heart fluttered and I handed Johannah back to her mother before I could start crying, because even remembering that day would make me end up into a crying mess.

And I wouldn't be able to explain it to anyone, even Terrence.

But I swear I never felt more proud of myself ever in my life. Looking back at who I was a few months back, and who I was now, I knew there had been a complete change, for the good. When a few months back, I was a best friend, a neighbour, and an assistant, today, I was a mother, a girlfriend, a best friend, and yeah, an Acting Head.

Not just that, I was the one mommies went to, to get advises to get back into shape after pregnancy.

Just like now:

"So... I need your help." Aria said sweetly, fluttering her eyelashes.

"Me?" What help could she ask from me?

"Yes, you."

"And what kind of help do you need from me?"

"You know how men are, right?" She asked.

"Idiots?" I wondered.

"Hey!" I heard all the men in the room protest.

"Well, that they are. But apart from that, they are horny dicks who might lose interest in their wives when they lose shape." Aria stated gravely, as if the matter was of global importance.

Jonah piped in, trying to make his wife understand that she was wrong, "Love, that's your pregnancy hormones talking. I love you, round, cuboidal or hourglass."

Aria's faced snapped towards him so fast that I was afraid she'd get a whiplash. She narrowed her eyes at the him and I quickly took Johannah out of her arms, "No! You don't! I saw you checking out that doctor and that receptionist. And I saw it, all of it, how you let her flirt with you, and you were smiling back as encouragingly!"

"I wasn't! And she wasn't flirting! She was telling me that the medical check up I had done last month had a positive report!"

"No! You're lying! You were ogling at that woman's ass who walked by the delivery room! Since I've become a round whale you've lost interest in me!" Aria nearly screamed and I cooed at Jo, Johannah, who stirred in my arms.

I was about to open my mouth and tell Aria that she was still as much in shape, which was amazing considering the fact she was actually pregnant.

But Lucy beat me to it. "Chill, Aria. It's so much better with you. You still have your figure. That wasn't the case with me." She continued, as an unaware Victor still kept texting on his phone. "I had actually lost all my curves and it was so infuriating, watching Victor flirt with his secretaries and assistants while I kept handling Xavier."

That caught onto Victor and he looked up to stare blankly at his wife. "I finally pulled up my socks when Xavier turned two, because I realised that I can't keep myself in the illusion that he'll still love me if I'm round like Mother Earth. Ask Alyssa, how hard I worked out for such a long time along with her. She was the one to bring me back to what I am now."
