After a lot of random turns and a lot of staircases we stopped at the Ravenclaw door. The entrance to the Ravenclaw common room was a huge oak door with an eagle knob. I turned to Draco.

"You can leave now." I said.

"What? No thank you or you're my hero, kiss me?"

I glared at him and knew I was acting like a child but couldn't help it. His mere presence pissed me off and not to mention his cocky attitude. "I'll make you a deal. If you get the riddle right then I'll do all of those things you said."

Draco smirked. "Testing me are you? What if I don't want you to kiss me?"

I shrugged; ignoring the slight hurt I felt when he said that. "Then get the riddle wrong, simple as that."

Draco shrugged. "Fine. Deal."

We both turned to the knob and it started to talk-

What heavy seven letter word can you take two away from to get eight?

I rolled my eyes, there is no way Draco could get this he's not clever enough.

"Weights" Draco answered instantly and my eyes widened as the door opened.

"I guess that's another point for me."

"Well then, thank you and you’re my hero and I'll be going."

Draco stepped into the common room with me. He pushed me against the wall and trapped me in between his arms that were placed on the wall by my head.

"Where do you think you're going? I think you owe me a kiss."

"Y-you were the one who didn't want to kiss me." I said, cursing myself from stuttering. The last thing I need is for Draco to think I'm weak.

Draco smirked and brought his lips to my ear and whispered. "Like I said in the carriage. You've caught my attention."

My heart started beating faster and I thought why the hell did I even think about challenging him? How could I be so stupid and naïve? Draco's arms slid down my arms slowly before wrapping them around my waist. He pushed my back harder against the wall and brought his body down to mine. His hot breath hit my face with his face an inch from mine. My stomach tightened and my breath stopped for a second. He stared down at me his lips looming over mine, almost touching-

"I'll save this for a rainy day." Draco whispered before pulling away and walking out of the common room.

Once the door shut I let out a breath I didn't know I had been holding. Great, not only do I owe him a favor now I owe him a kiss. How could I have gone to barely looking or thinking about Draco to owing him? I groaned, covering my face with my hands.

"Jenny? Is that you?" A familiar voice called.

I looked up to see Reyna coming down the stairs in front of me that leads to the dorms.

"Yeah, it's me." I called back, straightening up.

"Where the hell were you? And who was with you? I heard someone else."

I shook my head, not wanting to get into detail about what happened and what almost happened for the second time today. "I got lost. I kind of zoned out and lost the crowd, sorry."

"Were you alone?" Reyna asked a slight accusation in her voice.

I sighed, knowing that she knew that I was with someone so there was no use in lying. "No, I was with someone."

"Who?"

"It doesn't matter. I'm really tired so if you don't mind I'd like to go to bed." I said walking up the stairs she was on.

Reyna didn't argue and followed me into the girls' dormitory. The dorms were the same as I remembered. Rows of large beds that had privacy curtains on either side of the room. All the beds were the same blue with bronze curtains, Ravenclaw's colors. Almost all the girls were in bed and I wondered what time it was. I walked over to my bed that was the farthest away from the door and Reyna and Cece's beds were next to mine. After quickly changing I crawled into bed and said goodnight to my friends. My friends didn't ask about any details of what happened after dinner because they knew that I wouldn't tell them tonight. They'll most likely wait tell morning to bombard me with questions.

I closed my eyes and tried to clear my mind but I couldn't. My mind kept turning to Draco. The boy I ignored for almost five years, the boy I never gave a second thought, the boy that now I owe and have almost kissed twice in one day. What he said kept repeating in my head you've caught my attention. When he said that in the carriage I thought he was just being arrogant but the way he said it just barely made me think that I really have caught his attention and one thing I know for sure about Draco is, once something has caught his attention he always finds a way to know everything about that thing or person. What I thought was just a harmless riddle has turned into a complicated equation and I'm no longer in control.
