♡ stopping by dollar general on the way to the theater and buying tons of candy to sneak in (i did this with my friends once, it was actually pretty cool because you weren't limited on options like you are at concessions)
♡ having an annual popcorn bucket and getting it refilled before you went in
♡ both of you getting really into the movie
♡ sitting on his lap and "makeshift cuddling" through the entire duration of the film
♡ talking about all the details and your guys' favorite parts on the way home

♡ him having an arm around you as you walked in
♡ him getting kind of scared and holding onto your hand
♡ "DON'T GO IN THERE, YOU PSYCHO!!! DO YOU WANNA GET KILLED?!"
♡ getting shushed because you guys were yelling frustratedly at the movie screen

♡ you guys prefer staying at home and renting a horror movie
♡ you both go out to the store late at night and buy big bags of movie theater popcorn and candy
♡ making a fort of fuzzy blankets and pillows beforehand to lay in while watching the movie
♡ "WE MADE A CUDDLE HUT. HOW FRICKING COOL IS THAT?"
♡ her not even being phased by the jumpscares or anything
♡ getting distracted because you guys were tossing pieces of popcorn at each other
♡ both of you falling asleep mid-movie

♡ buying "big d" tickets so you could have the theater to yourselves (if you don't know what the big d is, basically it's just a part of the theater with one massive area that has a crap ton of seats)
♡ sitting away from him and up top so you could throw popcorn at him just to annoy him
♡ him finally getting up and playfully chasing you down, carrying you and plopping you down into the seat beside him

♡ him trying to be all tough and acting like horror movies don't scare him to look good in front of you
♡ going to the theater on a friday night and a bunch of kids your guys' age were there, making him more protective than usual
♡ him getting a little flirty and resting his hand on your thigh, lightly tracing circles
♡ he eventually leads you to the back where it was a little less crowded and starts making out with you
♡ you guys missing the majority of the movie because, well, you guys were making out
♡ laying your head on his shoulder and falling asleep on the way back home
