Shim Nami's POV
I should've listened to Namjoon and the rest. Min Yoongi only meant well for me. I should've never blocked his number. I should've never locked him out of my house. I should've never shut him out when he told me to stay away from Jin. I should've never given in so easily to Jin. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I should've never wanted a storybook love.
As I sat in the park, my emotions of regret and fear eating me alive, and the sun slowly dipping below the horizon, my phone buzzed.
Unknown Number:
Hi. This is Yemin from Korean Airlines. Kim Seokjin's flight leaves in 15 minutes. His number is currently unreachable. We were given your number by a friend of his.His flight? Where is he going? Wait...
Is he... leaving?
I ran as fast as my feet could carry me. My head spun and tears stung my eyes. I crashed into the door, only finding that it's locked. A huge silver padlock hung on the latch outside, with a small note attached. It read:
Sorry, Nami. I had to leave for America. I hope things turn out well for you. - Kim Seokjin
I screamed and banged on the door, I kicked the padlock with all my strength. My fists began bleeding because i was punching the door so hard. Everything was blurry because of the tears. I screamed and yelled my lungs out. Suddenly, I felt the ground collapse from under me and my head hit solid concrete.
