Chapter 82

Tessa's POV

the sound of a crying baby filled the room and I had never felt so relived. Chance was looking at me in shock and I was holding his hand while the nurse wrapped our child in a white blanket.

"It's a boy!" She whispers

I looked at Chance excitedly and he had this big goofy smile on his face. I held my son, ahhhhh my son! Against my chest and sat up passing him to Chance.

"Hi buddy, I'm your dad Chance." Chance whispers cutely.

"So what do you want to name him?" Asked the nurse.

"How about ......" I said the name Chance and I previously agreed on.

Chance was mailing from ear to ear and so was I. The nurse left and Erika and Jake walked in.

"So what's the name? How's your little man?" asked Jake because Erika already told everyone except us the gender.

"The name we decided on is Hunter Wade Sutton." I said proudly. Erika and Jake cheered quietly and then got to hold Hunter. The rest of the team came in two by two and held Hunter. Chance sat with his arm around me and could not stop smiling, but neither could I. "Four?" I asked.

"Four." Chance said back.

Chances POV

IM A DAD IM A DAD IM A DAD!!!! Ahhhh I never thought this would happen but it's the best feeling in the world!!!! I am really nervous about taking care of hunter, god I love that name, but I hope I will be fine. Growing up I didn't have a dad because he left so I would never do that to Hunter. To this day I still don't know why he left.

"Chance! Tessa!" My mom screamed running into the room! "I'm here!" "Where's the baby? What's his name? Is it a girl or a boy?"

"It's a boy, and his name is Hunter Wade Sutton." Tessa said handing him into my moms arms.

"Aww" she cooed.

Tessa cane and sat next to me and kissed me. "We did good." She said laughing.

I put my head on her shoulder and gave her a hug.

"So Tessa are your parents here? I would love to meet them!" Said my mom.

"Oh umm you see there not here. They don't even know that Hunter was born today. Because we'll when I told them I was pregnant, my step dad freaked out and like- tried to kill me. I haven't talked to them since. They really don't like Chance, well at least my dad doesn't." Tessa told my mom. I squeezed her hand and she seemed to relax.

"Oh Tessa, sweetie I'm so sorry. I didn't know!"

"It's fine nobody really knows except you and Erika. And whoever Chance told." Tessa laughed at her comment but she was somehow unfazed by the story of her parents.

"Well, I should get going, you two stay over night and I'll see you tomorrow!"

"Bye mom!" I said taking Hunter back.

"I love you T!"

"I love you too!" Said Tessa pulling me in for a kiss.
