That night after I got home I could sense something was off. Thomas wasn't home when I got back. which wasn't normal for him. I didn't think anything of it until the clock hit 7:00pm. Then I knew something was up. I called mikey and asked him to come over. he seemed a little skeptical at first but he agreed none the less.

"Hey cutie.... what's wrong?" he smiled when I opened the door.
"My brother isn't back yet." I sniffled.
"I'm sure he'll be home soon." his smile was so reassuring.
"please come in." I said pushing a piece of hair out of my face. Michael smiled and walked past me into the living room.
"wow. this place is nice.. small but nice." he smiled turning back to face me. "umm... so what do you wanna do." he smiled shyly.... it was then when I realized that he smiles a lot.
"I don't know... I didn't really think this all the way through."
"Well..... we could hang out in your room..." I was a little taken back by what he had just said.
"umm.. o-okay." I smiled nervously.
"I brought the Amazing Spider-man." he smiled pulling it out of his backpack."I hope you haven't already seen it.... it's one of my favorites."
"no I haven't."
"cool.. I also grabbed frozen.... please don't ask."
"come on, my rooms this way." I giggled escorting him upstairs and into my room... where nobody besides my brother had ever been.
"Wow.... Your room.. is very.. blue." he smiled.
"yeah.... wait... did you dye your hair?"
"Yeah... do you like it." he smiled.
"yes. actually I do." his hair was now blonde."The tv is over there." I pointed .tp he box on top of my dresser.
"Frozen or SPIDERMAN first?"He asked putting to much emphasis on spiderman.
"SPIDERMAN" I mocked him.
"okay then." He giggled.

Michael's POV
As the movie ended I looked down to see that she fell asleep in my lap. I smiled and changed the channel on the tv. the news started blinking on the screen as I fell asleep.
