Chapter 8

Fuck you for making me happy and then just turn around and left, like something never happened between us.

ATHENA MINERVA POV:

What are you thinking, Dion? Umiling ako at tumawa ng mapakla nang maalala ang nangyari kanina sa opisina. What a freakin' day to start with.

Pumunta ako sa opisina ni Ares, at nakita ko don ang pinakamamahal niyang sekretarya na si Kath, she's a simple girl. Hindi naman sa hindi ako boto sakanya para kay Ares, I just don't like Ares for her. Hindi sila bagay, a serious man and a shy woman? seriously?

"Good afternoon, Athena. Ares is still in the meeting room" tumango ako, pumasok ako sa opisina ni Ares at hinintay siya. I need to talk for him.

"Coffee Athena?" umiling ako, "you can go, Kath." I told her, tumango naman siya at iniwan na ako.

"Can you leave Aechean?" Dion told his brother, pero hindi natinag si Aeneas.

"Aechean, I don't want to repeat myself" madiin na aniya kay Aeneas, same old Dion I know. Nothing changed huh?

tumingin sakin si Aeneas na para bang nagtatanong kung aalis ba siya o hindi, I just nodded my head at him. He had no choice but to leave us alone.

I crossed my arms and sat at my chair, "what are doing here? I don't remember that we have an appointment, Dion del Prado." malamig na ani ko, and stared at him like a nobody. I'm not the Athena he knew years ago, because now--I'm Athena Minerva, the daughter of one and only Zeus.

"Bakit hindi ka sumama sa pagbisita nila Venus sa opisina ko? Are you avoiding me, Thea?" I raised my brow, the fuck? ang kapal ng mukha niya para sabihin na iniiwasan ko siya edi sana kanina ko pa pinaalis. Myghad. My head is starting to ache, shit.

Taas noo ko siyang hinarap, "Why would I avoid you, Dion? May kasalanan ba ako sayo?" I asked him, hindi siya nakapagsalita.

"Silence means no, kaya wag mong isusumbat sakin na iniiwasan kita. Why would I avoid you if I can leave this goddamn country and never comeback. Tell me, Dion" he became speechless. The fuckin' powerful attorney is speechless in front of me.

"Ano pa ang gusto mong pag-usapan natin? I already answered your goddamn question" malamig na dagdag ko.

"You've changed, alot" I grinned, "pain always changed people's lives, Dion. That is why I changed for the better."

I looked at him from head to toe, "You never changed. Same old Dion I knew for freakin' years" diin na ani ko.

"So I guess, yan lang pinunta mo dito sa opisina ko, kaya kung pwede umalis kana dahil aalis pa kami ni Aeneas" ani ko sakanya at tumayo.

"You have your own name for my brother?" I smirked, "I forgot to tell you, your brother was once my bestfriend. Just like our situation back then, I fell in love with him. Unfortunately, he can't love me back." tinalikuran ko siya.

"what do you mean Thea?" he asked with his small voice.

I smiled at him, "I fell in love with the two del prado's. You know the difference between them?" humarap ako sakanya at hinawakan ang pisngi niya.

"Ang unang del prado, isang paasa. At ang pangalawang del prado, may mahal na iba." nabasa ko kaagad ang mukha niya. He was suprised. Shocked Dion? I knew it.

"Great right? but I guess the last del prado will never be like the two del prado's. He's a cutie, and he even confessed that he loves me but I don't do relationship with a 7 year old child. Funny right?" Nakita ko ang paglaki ng kanyang mata.

"Kiro Klein, he will be loved and he will be a loving boyfriend not like you and Aeneas" and I left him alone. Lumabas ako ng opisina at nakita ko si Aeneas na kausap ang secretary ko. Dinaanan ko sila, they are laughing to each other. The hell I care.

"I'll go" I told them and take the elevator. Hinabol ako ni Aeneas pero huli na siya dahil nagsara na ito. Palagi ka naman huli Aeneas, pareho kayo ng kapatid mo. Parehong pareho kayo ni Dion.
