Hmm... Let's fast forward about 4 months and it's the morning of my birthday. Leslie is in my room because I won't enjoy this party without her. Everything was planned and I was so exited. I haven't seen Ethan for it seems like forever but it's been 4 months.... We talk once every week but it's hard... The theme of the party is a winter wonderland thing. Cute I know. The party starts at 3 and it's 10 a.m right now. I put my robe on and dad calls me. "JANESSA!" He yells. I walk out my room. "Make up, outfit, and hair people are here" he says. I look over to see them setting up. Leslie stands next to me, she's also gonna get ready. "So we're gonna do Janessa's make up and Leslie's hair then we're gonna switch" a lady says. I nod my head and they start. They put Leslie's hair in a cute bun and do my makeup. We switch and they do my hair with a curling iron and put a little tiny bit of make up on Leslie. "Dresses!" A lady says. She picks out our dresses and shoes but we don't change yet. We finish everything at 12 p.m... (1 and a half hours later) Me and Leslie decide to change. I put on my light blue dress with sparkly silver heals on and Leslie puts on a white dress with flats on. We take a selfie in the mirror and head out. Lydia had a dress on and dad and Brendan had suits on. "My baby's turning 16" dad says hugging me. I smile and we go into the yeti. We drive over there and everybody was already there. We go to one of the side doors and I put my tiara on. "So Leslie walk out with Brendan and I will walk out with Janessa" dad says holding his arm out. I hold his arm and get ready to go out. Brendan and Leslie walk out and sit. Then me and dad walks out and everybody stared. I'm sad Ethan couldn't be here because I knew he would be looking me up and down😔I smile and wave. The party goes on and we're all having fun. I take pictures with people and Tessa comes up to me. "Hey love! Looking cute as always" she says hugging me. "Aww thanks" I say. "Sorry Ethan couldn't come" Leslie says. "It's fine.. I'm not gonna let it get to me" I say looking down. "It's getting to you isn't it?" She says. "Yeah... But if I cry I'm gonna mess up my make up" I say with my watery eyes. "Everybody please sit! We got some announcements" Lydia says into the microphone. Everybody sits. "I'm happy we could all gather for this big day but I have a surprise for Janessa. Oh and nobody knows about this. Not even her dad. Please come to the floor Janessa" Lydia says. I walk to the dance floor and stand there. "I would take off your heals if I were you" she says smiling. I unbuckle my heals and put them to the side. "Ok when the surprise is ready..." she says staring at the main entrance. A couple seconds pass by and I see Ethan walk in with a suit on and a new haircut that looks like Grayson's. I pause for a second. "Hey princess" he says smiling. "Ethan!" I say and run up to him. I jump on him and hug him. "Aww!" Everybody says. I give him a kiss and smile. "You really thought I was gonna miss your birthday?" He says looking at me. "Yeah.. I thought tour was more important to you" I say. "Not more important than you princess" he says giving me another kiss. The party goes on and people decide to take pictures with me next to the cake. There was a line and Ethan was next in line. He comes on and hugs me by the side. "Cheese!" the photographer says. I stop taking pictures and talk with Ethan. "Where's Grayson?" I ask. "Oh he's been here! He's hanging out with Leslie" he says pointing to a table. Leslie and Grayson where holding hands and laughing. "Aww adorable! And that new haircut?" I say touching his hair. "You like it? Grayson did it for a video.." He says. "It's cute! I don't care how your hair looks I still love you but I do miss your wings" I say. "So what if I went bald?" He says laughing. "Umm... Ok" I say laughing. It was time for me to say a speech. As usual I didn't have nothing planned so whatever came to the top of my head was coming out my mouth. I go up and take the microphone. "Thank you all for coming and making this my big day!" I say smiling at dad. He gives me a thumbs up and laughs. Brendan was recording by the way. "I honestly can't believe how much I went through to get here. It went from having a famous dad to meeting all his great friend to having Tessa as my best friend to having Leslie as my wifey and fungus to going to a party and meeting the love of my life to going through the good and hard times with people but it was all worth it. I wouldn't take any of it back EXEPT for that time in the Bahamas but let's not go there... I'm happy we could all come out and have this night. I'm exited the twins flew out from the u.k just for this party" I say tearing up. I finish my speech and once again go on with the party. I see a girl walk in and dad go up to her. I was hanging out with the twins and Leslie when I look over there. "Hey Chloe!" My dad says. My dad knew I didn't like Chloe... "Hey guys I'm gonna be right back" I say. "Ok" they say. I lift my dress and walk over to them. "What is she doing here?" I say pointing to Chloe. "Janessa!" Dad says. "This is MY big night and last time I checked she wasn't on my list and I didn't want her here and you knew that" I say raising my voice. "Janessa.."she says. "Don't ever say my name or speak to me" I say pointing at her. "Stop" dad says. "It's true! You want me to enjoy my birthday but I'm not if she's here!" I say. The music stops and everybody stares. "I'm sorry" she says walking out. "Great Janessa..." He says running after her. "Are you serious? You chase her then stay with your own daughter ON HER BIRTHDAY?!" I yell. I was filled with anger and sadness. I turn around and everybody stares. "He's such a great dad huh?" I say with tears rolling down. Leslie and the twins walk over to me. "It's alright" Ethan says hugging me. "No it's not! My own dad ran out for a girl he knows I dislike instead of staying with me" I say. I walk into the bathroom and Leslie follows. "That's messed up" she says. "Don't you think I know" I say whipping off my smudged make up from me crying. I throw my hair into a high ponytail and change my heals to sparkly flats. I walk and and the music is playing and dad is sitting with George,Mark, and Jake. I ignore him and walk to my table. "You alright?" Ethan says sitting next to me and holding my hand. "I guess" I say giving him a kiss. Mark walks up to me "Your dad wants to talk to you, he's outside" he says. "Ok" I say shrugging and walking out. I walk outside and see him sitting on a bench so I sit next to him. "What's up?" I say. "Don't what's up me. You made Chloe feel bad" he says. I knew I didn't do anything wrong because I said my feelings. I get upset again and stand up facing him. "You expect me to act like it ok when a girl you know I don't like shows up to my 16th birthday? It's MY birthday and I want it to be the best it can be. I only turn 16 once and I wasn't gonna let her get in the way with that. I'm not stupid dad, I knew you guys were gonna start flirting and that turns into dating which turns into marriage and I DO NOT want her as my step mother. I'm not gonna be sorry for expressing my feelings about her." I say with a pretty loud voice. "Janessa please" he says. "No! And then you walk out ON YOUR OWN DAUGHTER at her party for a stupid girl you met THIS year! No I'm not ok with that! Because you should be there for me but no your run out for a girl I have strong dislike against! You pulled a smart one dad! I'm staying with the twins tonight and I can do that because you didn't ask me if you can run out my party like that so I shouldn't ask to stay at my boyfriends house" I say walking inside. I sit back down with my face beaming red from anger. "Everything good?"Grayson asks. "No it's not. Can I stay at the warehouse tonight?" I ask. "Of course! And so can Leslie" Ethan says smiling at Grayson. Grayson smacks Ethan. The party ends and everybody leaves. I don't say bye to dad and head to the warehouse with the twins. I get there and go into Ethan's closet. I change into his orange sweatshirt with black shorts he has. "I'm so tired" I say brushing my teeth. "Me too... That flight killed me" he says. We lay down and he hugs me from the back. "GRAYSON!" We hear Leslie yell while Grayson laughs. "Oh no.. Grayson's dead" I say laughing. Ethan laughs. "Goodnight princess" he says in his tired voice if that's a thing😂 "night Eteeweetee" I say. I fall asleep...
