The people that follow a mentor is what makes them one.
Mentors are there for their followers. We have to be careful that we never mislead our followers. Our followers trust us sometimes more than friends or family.
What is the purpose of a mentor?
We provide advice to our followers when asked. We pass on life lessons. Assist followers with their personal issues, but only when asked. We are honest about the flaws and mistakes of followers.
