Chapter 20 (2nd part)

"Alexis?" Bonnie asked, picking up the phone.

"Bonnie." I acknowledged. "i have a favour to ask,"

"Do you expect me to help you after what happened yesterday?" She asked menace in her voice.

"We are one of the same Bonnie," I hissed through the line. "And we help each other no matter the circumstances."

"How could I trust you-"

"The same way our ancestors trusted me in the abandoned church." I growled, authority and demand in my voice. "We are the same Bonnie, and when one of our kind stops helping the other, things go wrong."

Silence was all I got from her, as I sighed in annoyance. Stupid, young witches will be the death of us.

"All I'm asking is for you to get the moonstone from where I tell you. Then just say that you used an old spell or something."

Without hearing her response, I hung up and texted her the place. I knew she'd go. She and the rest of the darn population of Mystic Falls practically bow down to that pathetic excuse of a doppelgänger.

"You used a spell huh?" Damon asked Bonnie, looking at me in triumph.

I gave him a glare, kind of annoyed I couldn't say that I was the one who found it. Only after using extra resources. They'll only help me so much before they create unbalance. I'm just using up opportunities that could've come in handy in a more severe situation.

"Yeah, now hide it." Bonnie said to Damon while giving me a glare. I returned it with a sickeningly sweet smile.

"That's what Klaus needs to complete the spell, so you all better keep it hidden." I said.

"We will." Stefan answered.

"Your house is so unsafe. Anyone can get in and out." Jessie pointed out. "Give it to Alexis, hers is in name of some compelled human in Florida, as of recently. So no one can get in or out, and as soon as the human dies, she's got another human that it transfers to."

"Why does Alexis want it so bad?" Damon asked suspiciously.

"I don't." I answered crossing my arms over my chest. "I don't care. But that rock has to stay safe, no one can get their hands on it. And you can't tell Tyler about this either."

"We'll keep it." Damon concluded.

"It will be safer at Alexis'." Caroline objected.

"She's right Damon." Stefan said.

"No." Damon snapped.

"If anyone gets their hands on that, I will kill you." I threatened, standing up.

"Just kill them." I commanded, to one of my workers on the other line.

"Yes Ma'am." He responded submissively.

"For the last time, do not call me Ma'am!" I shouted through the phone, while noisily making my way through the forest.

"Sorry." He apologized. "The other men are taking care of Klaus' minions right now."

"How did Klaus find out that's my house?" I asked.

"I'm not sure, but the owners of all your houses have been changed like you asked. The house in Las Angeles that Klaus found out about has been sold. All your belongings have been transferred to your house in London."

"Make sure nothing is left. Check all the secret layers Scar. Check the floorboards, the attic everything." I commanded my man in charge in Florida. "And if anymore threats are seen, kill them. How many causalities?"

"Two."

"Send their families, or friends or whoever is on their deed their belongings and their money. Send the one million U.S dollars we promised to whoever is on each deed. Have a proper burial, but security should still be intact. I'll have some men relocate from London to L.A. Meanwhile, work on finding out how Klaus is getting this information."

With that I hung up the phone, grumbling under my breath. I had a tiara in that house, from when I use to be a part of the royal family in Egypt. That tiara was worth millions, and was pretty damn old. It better not get left behind.

"Stupid brother." I mumbled.

As I stuffed my phone in my pocket, I heard a very small noise leaves crunching behind me. I moved on normally, but froze when I felt the tip of a dagger on my back.

Before I could react, the dagger began digging through my skin, finding it's way to my heart, leaving me immobile and seeking oxygen.

"I don't know what it is about you, but you're not who you seem to be. I get rid of people I do not like, and I definitely don't adore you. Goodbye Alexis and goodbye to all the threats you pose."

The dagger finally made it's way through my heart, as I felt myself losing control of my body. My legs gave out making me sulk in his arms.

I'll get him back. Little does he know that any ordinary dagger isn't enough to get rid of me. I'll be back, and I'll make him so uncomfortable of my presence. No one will believe him. I'll make sure of it.
