            I sat down on my couch and sighed. I miss Zach so much. It’s been months since I saw him last. I talk to him on the phone every night but it’s just not the same. I looked at my stuff bear he gave me for our two year anniversary. His name is David and he wears a little Diggit shirt. You would think with the fact that we’ve been dating for three years now, that I would be used to him leaving every so often and going on tour but to be honest, I’m not. It breaks my heart every single time he leaves. He’ll be back in a few days though, so that makes it a little better. “Why can’t it be today that he’s coming back?” I asked aloud as I picked up David.

            All this being alone doesn’t help me with anything. I need to be with people that understand me or I might break down crying. It’s not fun… I hate being like this. I stood up and went into the kitchen so I got fix a sundae. Ice cream makes everything better! Michael’s dog Koda came running into the kitchen and he pawed at my feet. I reached up and took out a Beggin’ Strip and gave it to him and then he shot out of the kitchen. Koda is so adorable. That’s the only reason I like it whenever they go on tour. Michael gets me to dog sit Koda. I grabbed my bowl and went and sat back down on the couch. I turned on the TV and then Koda came and jumped up on the couch next to me.

            I gave him a gummy worm and he sat there and licked it but refused to bite it. I was flipping through channels when I found a channel that’s all band interviews. I thought it was pretty cool so I started watching it. I heard a banging on the door and spilt my ice cream on my lap. “Oh shit…” I said. I jumped up to get a napkin. I cleaned my leg and the couch and there was another knock. “Hold your horses!” I cried. I finished cleaning the couch and went into the kitchen to throw away the trash. I went back to the door and opened it. “Cameron?” I asked confused. “The one and only” Cameron said smiling. “What are you doing here?” I asked. “We got back from tour a little bit early and I had to come tell you something” Cameron said.

            I looked at Cameron. “Go on” I said throwing my arms up in the air slightly. “Oh yeah um Bree” Cameron said. “Cameron” I said. “Turn around” Cameron said. I turned around and Zach was down on the floor on one knee. “Bree, these past three years have been amazing. I never want to lose you. Will you marry me?” Zach asked. I started crying so hard that all I could do was nod my head. Zach slid the ring on my finger and then stood up. He wrapped his arms around me. Zach reached behind me and shut the door. I smiled. “I love you Zach” I said. Zach and I sat down on the couch and he kissed me softly. “I love you too, Mrs. Porter” Zach said grinning.
