Bree and Zach Porter; Part Two

If you haven't read the first 'Bree and Zach' then go back and read that one first. It;s the first part and you can;t read this one until you read that one because it will ruin it! So... read it. :) <3 Rachel

            “I’m nervous…” I said quietly. “Don’t be” My best friend Isabella said as she fixed my hair. “But Bella, I can’t help it!” I cried. “Bree, it’s not your first concert anymore. That happened a long time ago. And now, look at how far you have come” Bella said. “Bella, my first concert wasn’t and Allstar Weekend concert…” I said. “I know, but still. It was a long time ago and you’ve matured a lot and everything since then. Now you’re twenty-one and you’re marrying your amazing and awkward boyfriend” Bella said. I laughed. She does have a point. Someone knocked on the door. “Are you decent?” Cameron asked. “Yeah come on in” I said. “Are you almost ready?” Cameron asked. “I think Zach wants to get this over with. Meaning, he just wants to marry you already” I blushed and looked down at my feet.

            “She’s nervous” Bella whispered. “Cameron Michael Quiseng!” Bella cried. “I thought I taught you how to put on a tie” She said. “No, my dad did” Cameron said laughing. “Then you should still know how to do it” Bella said sticking her tongue out at him. “Speaking of your dad, will he be here today?” I asked. Cameron nodded. “So will Vic and Mr. Porter of course, and then you’re parents” I shook my head. “No? They won’t be?” Cameron asked. I shook my head again. “Her parents don’t approve of Zach…” Bella whispered. “Really? Cameron asked. I nodded. “Aww, Bree, I’m sorry” Cameron said. He started to give me a hug. “No! You’ll ruin my dress!” I cried. Cameron smiled. “She’s okay” He said looking at Bella. Bella laughed and looked at me. “Cam’s got a point” She said. I rolled my eyes. “Oh, Cameron! You didn’t finish the list of who would be here” I said. “Oh yeah…” He said.

            “Um, Anna and Bridget and my dad will be here. And Bella’s parents, I think anyways… Michael, of course will be here and I think Jordan will be here and then those are the only ones that I am sure of… the rest would be up to you and Zach since you guys invited the guests” Cameron said. “So family, and then guests” I repeated. Cameron nodded. “You’re lucky” Bella said. “In about an hour and a half you’re going to have one cute brother-in-law” Bella said. “Excuse me?” Cameron said. Bella put her hand over her mouth and started laughing. “I’m sorry Cameron” She said still laughing. She put her hand on his shoulder. “You know I love you” she said. “Mhm. Love you too” Cameron said. Bella smiled and kissed Cameron’s cheek. “Alright, alright, we’re full of love. Now get out so I can finish getting ready” I said pushing Cameron out of the room.

            Cameron shook his head. “I’m going, I’m going” He said. “I will be ready in five minutes” I said. “Tell Zach that, tell them to go ahead and start the rest of the stuff” Cameron nodded and left the room. “I should go too” Bella said. I nodded. “Good luck” She said smiling. Bella gave me a hug and followed Cameron out of the room. I looked at myself in the mirror as the music started playing. I can’t do this anymore… I thought. There was another knock at the door.  I opened the door to see Mr. Quiseng standing there. “Mr. Quiseng? What are you doing here?” I asked. “Cameron told me your parents wouldn’t be here because they didn’t approve of you and Zach getting married” He said. I nodded. “Don’t try and talk me out of it though. I love Zach, and I’m going to marry him” I said. “I’m not here to talk you out of it” Mr. Quiseng said. “I’m here to ask if you would like me to walk you down the aisle”

            “Really? You would do that for me?” I asked. Mr. Quiseng nodded. “Thank you” I said smiling. “It’s not a problem” Mr. Quiseng said. I gave him a hug. “So are you ready to go get married now?” He asked. I took a deep breath and nodded. Mr. Quiseng held out his arm and I took it. The music started playing again and Mr. Quiseng walked me down the aisle. Cameron and Bella smiled at him and Mr. Quiseng nodded in acknowledgement. I gave him another hug and then I moved up and stood next to Zach. I looked at him out of the corner of my eye. He had the biggest smile on his face that I had ever seen on his face. He caught me looking at him and his smile got even bigger.

I glanced over at Bella and she smiled and gave me a look of encouragement. I smiled and glanced over at Cameron. Cameron also gave me a look of encouragement. He also stood there smiling. Michael stood behind him wearing his goofy little grin. All of my closest friends are here. Bella, Cameron, and Michael. They’re here supporting Zach and I until the very end… I took another deep breath and looked up and the pastor who was marrying us. This is it… I thought. This is the day I get to marry the man that I love.
