TARYN'S POV (POINT OF VIEW) 

"I can't do it....I can't tell him....he'll run away again...." I was struggling by a grudge, drink in hand, with the thought of Edd on my mind. I can't stop thinking about him....that innocent smile...how nice he is to me and his friends...and his voice....I loved everything about him...he was the one and only thing that changed my world forever. But I didn't want to tell him the truth about my.....disorder....I was afraid he'd hate my guts if I told him!! 

🎵'I try to keep my cool but...my life turns in slow motion...'🎵

I just kept going on and on, arguing with myself, pacing back and front in my bedroom with the lights barely dim. I shook my hands above my head, breathing rapidly, groaning words like "no" and "don't tell him!!" I couldn't help but slap my head with my hands to help me rethink things....then I was able to come to my senses....until I heard a loud knock that shook my ears and made me cover them in annoyance, as I screamed loudly, I looked over to my window to see a familiar face. My eyes shrunk, realizing he saw what just happened. I was about to freak out right then and there, I didn't know what to do, as I approached the window and opened it up. He smiled sweetly and waved at me. "Hey Taryn! Are you ok? I saw you screaming....and pacing the room...is something wrong?" He climbed out of the window and into my room.

"Edd....what are you doing here?!"

EDDS POV (POINT OF VIEW)

I entered through her bedroom window, as she was shaking in front of me. "H-Hey....Edd....hehe...you saw...what happened--?"  I couldn't help but give her a hug to calm her down, she looked like she was going to cry, but instead she freaked out and breathed quickly in a repetition as she shook her hands quickly as well. "Taryn...are you ok...? You're acting stra---" "AAAAGH!!! Don't touch me!!!!" She yelled and slapped my hand out of the way. I looked at her with an upset look in my eye, as her eyes shrunk in shock and embarrassment, then she fell to the ground with a wail and a gushing tears. 

I couldn't process what was going on with her, she was acting very...strange..?  I kneeled down to pick her up, and placed her on her bed. I sat criss-crossed as she did the same. She looked down and blushed nervously at me. "E-Edd....I'm s-sorry...I didn't mean to hit you like that...I was just...freaking out....?" She looked up at me in confusion as I looked at her the same way. "Thats not what happened...I saw all of it...what happened?" I couldn't keep my anger hidden inside as it was released at her, I knew she was lying to hide her problems...sorta like someone I once knew...

Her eyes shrunk again as she looked down and gripped her clothing...let out a deep breath, and looked back up at me, blushing again. "Edd...promise you won't tell the guys next door....about my....disorder---" she covered her mouth at the last second as I raised an eyebrow in curiosity. "What do you mean? What disorder?" I bobbed my head to the side as my confused look returned again. "Ugh...ok I'll...I'll tell you....i-i ...I HAVE AUTISM!!!!" She shouted then hid her face as she blushed a dark purple-pink.  I put my hand on her cheek and wiped a tear that formed in her eyes. 

"Taryn....why didn't you tell me...?" I sounded very upset towards her as she sobbed. "Edd...it's...hard for me...to explain what Autism is...I don't know...Look I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner because I was afraid you'd hate me--" I hugged her tightly as she returned the hug. "Taryn...I would never hate you...not ever..." I smiled sweetly at her as she finally calmed down. "Promise...you won't tell anyone...about what happened...?" She looked up at me as my heart raced quickly. "I-i promise..." I hugged her again and smiled sweetly.
