Zim closed his eyes tightly, expecting pain, or something horrible to happen..like an explosion, but nothing came to be. He hesitantly opened his eyes, he shivered at the touch, so did you; as a matter of fact..you had no clue of what to do, you're hand just kinda rested there for a bit. "Well what are you waiting for? Do something!" Zim demanded as his antenna twitched with anticipation. You stayed silent, you weren't sure of what to do to be honest, your entire arm felt weird, it had a strange tingling feeling; kinda like the feeling of when it's asleep. You shook the feeling away and gently moved your fingers to the base of his antenna, as you did that your hand started to sting horribly the same thing almost happened to Zim but he quickly pulled away he did feel a little bit of a hurtful sensation though. "Ow! Zim what the heck was that?!" You yelled holding your hand in pain, you started to examine it and noticed that the veins in your fingers became very distinctive. Blue little lines were on your fingers, you attempted to brush or rub them away but nothing happened, actually anything you did try only ended up hurting more. Zim rubbed his antenna in frustration "human! When I said to do something; I didn't mean to cause pain!!" You looked at him; pretty annoyed at this point "It was your idea, you moron!" You looked back down at your finger tips, and noticed that the veins had now started stretching to your Palm. You began to worry a bit ' oh crap, I might've screwed up here a bit' you thought. Zim tried to peek at your hand, but you moved it away and stuck out your tongue. Zim let out a frustrated sigh "I swear..You're so childish, look let's just agree to never speak of this again, understood?" You nodded, Zim took is hand out for you to shake, however in his defense, he only shook your hand, just to look at it. Zim made a horrible mistake on his part though, because ad soon as your finger made contact with Zim's hand; he got an unusual sharp pain in it making him pull away. "OW! WHAT THE FF-" you were a bit startled by Zim's sudden outburst, and gradually pulled your hand away, "oops! Sorry! I think I gave you a little electric shock" you apologized trying not to make him more angry then he probably already was. "Since when can humans do that?!" He yelled rubbing the Palm of his hand in pure regret, and to be honest a part of him wanted to take his glove off to examine his hand but he decided against it for some reason.
Zim got up, and reached out his good hand to help you up, you raised an eyebrow "you sure that's a good idea?" Zim shrugged " (y/n), human, literally nothing can kill me, I think I can handle a little electric shock" Zim stated, even though his other hand was throbbing with immense pain. You laughed reaching for his hand "see, you say all of this to sound all tough, but you can't even handle the tiniest paper cut!" You grabbed Zim's good hand with your own, surprisingly, nothing happened, he hoisted you up with remarkable strength, and retorted back "PAPER CUTS HURT! AND YOU KNOW IT!" You rolled your eyes "whatever you worm baby" "HOW DARE YOU!" You laughed, Zim could be so dramatic at times and it was hilarious. You two were back at the huge monitor searching for Tak, you had found your shoes and spare clothing and put them on (far away from Zim of course) and text your parents, who were glad that you were safe. While working, Zim got a call from the Tallest, an atomic call, meaning it would answer on its own, Zim was startled he turned to you and quickly push you under his desk "Zim! What the-!" He silenced you "shhh! It's my leaders! You need to hide!" With no questions you went underneath his desk. The tallest appeared on screen almost immediately after.....
