Leonard Carter was found in his car with a gun in hand and a bullet wound to the skull.
GPS pinpointed his vehicle. He was parked at the end of Fair Lane.
The original theory was suicide, but the police say they have found DNA that may lead to the capture and arrest of the person responsible for Mr. Carter's death.
