"Wake up, Kenway. Wake up..."
James began poking Edward with a mop, trying to wake him up.
It was around noon, the Jackdaw found a spot off Kingston to anchor over.
Ah, the port town of Kingston, Jamaica.
Home to many things, but also controlled by the British Empire.
Edward had to lower his pirate flag prior to this in order to not raise any suspicion by the Navy.
From what he knew, the Prince could still be looking for them.
Edward awoken, he blinked at the sun shining.
"Hey hey, I'm up Jim, I'm up!"
Edward says, his arm over his eyes trying to block the sun. James helped him up.
"Come on man, we got to go now. We have business to do, remember?"
James saying, he seemed eager to walk on dry land, especially under the circumstances they were in.
The Sage and Laurens Prins were here, two valuable targets.
Though Edward wanted the Sage alive.
Edward surveyed the bay holding Kingston, to the east of it across the bay stood Port Royal.
Port Royal held a fortress and a prison within the town, a haven for dead pirates.
The town itself was heavily damaged due to an Earthquake prior, which could be seen due to the damaged burned out buildings the town possesses.
The Assassin's held a bureau here, in fact they did in every city in the Caribbean.
The Caribbean Assassin's Brotherhood was keen on spreading their influence, the Templar Order already had the Spanish and British Empires in their pockets.
Right now, the battle was uphill, the Templars on the top of it.
Edward's actions into carrying out the final actions of the Assassin Duncan Walpole hit the Assassin's like a punch to the face, setting them back heavily.
So far, the relationship between Edward and the Assassin Brotherhood have been...shaky to say the least.
Their mentor, Ah Tabai took a disliking to Edward back in Tulum, almost killing Edward mistakenly.
However, James believed in him.
Out of all the people. James Kidd believed in Edward despite his clear hunger for wealth and dibloons.
Edward stood up.
"Alright lads, we'll be in port for a while. For now, enjoy the lavish town in Kingston until you get recalled!"
Edward announced to his crew.
They cheered, finally women and rum for the men!
"Mr. Boyle, get the boats underway, we'll make our way to shore!"
The Captain ordered, telling his First Mate, Mr. Boyle.
"Aye sir! You there, assist in hoisting these boats!" Mr. Boyle saying.
Mr. Boyle was only behind Adewale in terms of power on the Jackdaw.
Mainly he was responsible for the well-being on the crew.
He often reported the mood of the crew to Adewale, his superior, to then reported it to Edward.
He was a likeable fellow, very easygoing and friendly, but tough as nails when things got awry.
