Rosie's POV
"Are you telling me what to do." I narrowed my eyes at him.
"We had a deal!" He growled.
"I know. And I am a woman of my word but don't think I forgot why you said to me when you found out who I was."
His expression seemed to soften but you could barely see it.
"I can handle insults." I spat. "But nothing makes me more angry than being compared to my mother! A slut!"
"I-I'm s-s." He stuttered. It was barely audible.
I rolled my eyes. "Whatever. I don't even understand why you want to know so badly."
'Because its--!" He stopped mid-sentence.
I rolled my eyes. "I got it from my grandmother. Now would you please wait for me downstairs so I can pack?"
He didn't say anything.
"I appreciate everything you are doing for me but right now I need to be alone."
He stayed silent and left me alone in the room.
I closed the door and began packing all the things I thought I would need in silence.
Jonathan's POV
I leaned my back against the wall.
I closed my eyes and pinched the bridge of my nose.
I screwed up any chance a had with her.
I just had to let my anger control me.
My wolf had stayed silent this whole time.
But I could still feel him in the back of my mind. Thinking.
But he just won't talk.
"Are you going to just stand there a mope are are you going to ask my granddaughter out?" I voice pulled me out of my thoughts.
I opened my eyes and saw Rosie's grandma with her arms crossed over her chest.
She smelled just like Rosie's mom. Like a waterfall.
I glared. "I thought you left. Where did that stone come from?"
"I..." She paused. "That's not important. What's important Is telling my granddaughter about your pack."
I furrowed my eyebrows. "How do you know what I am?"
"I'll explain when the time is right, but for now you need to fix your problems with my granddaughter." She said.
"But I don't know how!?" I growled in frustration.
I ran my hands up and down my face.
She grabbed my wrist and pulled my hands away from my face.
"Young man, you have to tell her about your kind or she'll be more upset if she finds out on her own."
"How am I supposed to tell her I can turn into a beast?" I asked. "And how do you know about my kind?"
"I've known about your kind longer than you think. And that stone is to protect Rosie. It brings protection not harm." She said before leaving me alone.
I sighed and walked back up to my Cupcake's door.
I sucked in a deep breath and knocked softly.
Rosie opened the door with a large gym bag on her shoulder.
"What?" She snapped.
"I- I'm sorry," I said while looking at the ground.
"What?" She asked confused.
