Rosie's POV

Jonathan hasn't said anything since his breakdown yesterday.

I've barely seen him either.

When I did see him he would only kiss my forehead and leave the room.

I shouldn't have forced him into telling me.

Now he won't even talk to me.

'Where are you?' I mind linked him.

'Well, I'm not at the pack house. Why?' He responded.

'No reason.' I lied. 'Just hurry back.'

I sighed and went downstairs to the living room.

I sat down on the couch and put Quincy on my lap.

"What's up with you?" Quincy asked me.

"Jonathan won't talk to me. He told me something personal yesterday and now he's pretending like it didn't even happen."

"Well, I can't help you with that. What even are you guys?"

"What do you mean?" My eyebrows furrowed.

"Are you dating or not?"

"I really don't know."

"Has he asked you out?"

"Yes."

"Have you kissed?"

"Yes."

"Then why don't you know?"

"He has asked me out. but he never took me on a date."

Quincy rolled his eyes. "He is such a scared little bitch!"

I heard the front door open then Jonathan walked into the living room.

He looked in my direction as Quincy growled at him.

"Call your pet off, Rosie." He said.

I picked up Quincy. "He's not a pet."

"Still. Call him off."

"Why? Are you scared?" I teased.

"You know I'm not."

"That's not what it seems like to me."

"Are you mad at me?"

"No." I shrugged.

"Then why did you need me to hurry?"

"You've been avoiding me."

"No, I haven't."

"You didn't talk to me until now."

"Because I was setting up something."

"For what?"

"Nothing."

"So you won't tell me anything again."

"It's not that."

I sighed. "Look if you don't want to tell me I understand, but just tell me if you don't want to tell me."

"Alright. I don't want to tell you."

"See. That wasn't so hard."

"So you're not mad?" He asked.

"No."

"Ok. Then in that case do you want to go somewhere?"

"Right now?"

"Yeah."

"Are you asking me out again?" I teased.

"Yeah, I am." He avoided eye contact.
