'Incoming call from Jinnie ❤'
I raised an eyebrow, wondering why would Jin call me after call as I thought I would get some freedom at least for today. Sighing, my fingers moved and slide the call button before pressing the phone to my ear.
"Yes?"
Honestly, I was trying my best not to scowl at him because I didn't want to be rude after what they all did to me, especially to Jin who truly cared for me even though he might be annoying and rude sometimes. However, I was really really looking forwards to have my alone time without them in my own bedroom.
Just then, sniffles could be heard from the other line making my system kicked in worry towards Jin. Why was he crying? Did something happen to him? What happened? A lot of thoughts wondered my mind.
"What happened?" I squeaked as sobs were all I could hear. Anxiety was filling up my entire body, waiting for him to reply.
"Eri-yah...Princess," I hesitated answering him as the way he called me made me cringe and gave goosebumps all over my skin.
"Yes?"
His next sentence made my eyes widened as I inhaled sharply before coughing out my non-existent sputum. "Can you sleep with me?"
I blurted out, rather harshly. "What?!"
Sobs could be heard again, but this time it was getting louder. Should I feel empathy?
Jin seemed to be broken right, needing someone to be by his side. He cared for me, so it's right for me to pay back, right?
And that someone he needs right now might be...me.
"Oppa, what's wrong?" I asked, crunching my nose.
"Please..." He sniffed on the other line. "Can you stay by my side tonight?"
"Open up." I scorned, and my eyes widened by my own words along with my jaw parting.
"You're already here?" He asked in confusion, and I too, was bewildered.
