You've been living in Harmony ever since you knew how to breathe. You grew up and went to school and now you're you're working here as a nurse. Back in school you didn't have many friends. Sarah was always nice, unlike Irene and Axel Palmer wasn't much of a pain in the ass. Tom Hanniger was just like you, until he and Sarah started dating. You hated her for that, because you've been crushing on Tom for quite some time then.
You also lived through the Valentine's Day murders. You were in the mine when it happened but got out before Harry Warden killed everybody else. Including Tom Hanniger. Or so you thought. Because right now, 10 years later, he was sitting on a chair in front of you, bleeding out of his arm. Former sheriff Burke was with him. He didn't change much over the last 10 years. He got a little more buff but the face was the same.
He was talking to Jim while you were disinfecting the wound. A rather long gash on his left arm. The burning of the disinfectant caused him to squirm.
"Could you stop moving, Tom?" "I'm sorry. Wait how do you know my name?" "Well, first of all: Harmony is a small town and Tom Hanniger isn't a name I would forget. Secondly, I thought you'd recognize me." "Recognize you?" "It's me Y/n? Y/n, Y/l/n? We used to go to school together."
He looked at you with his head tilted. Then it dawned to him.
"Y/n?" "Yup! I'm still here!" "Wow, I... how are you? What are you doing here? I can't believe I didn't recognize you!" "Yeah, I ditched the glasses and got a haircut! I'm fine, how have you been? You kinda just disappeared and to be honest I thought you were dead!"
You blushed slightly. He seemed happy to see you.
"Been there, done that! Can I ask you something?" "Sure!" "How's Sarah?"
Of course he still loved her. Who wouldn't? Sarah was a lovely person, you had to be mentally deranged to hate her.
"She's working at the grocery store. She's married to Axel and they have a kid together, she-" "She married Axel Palmer?" "It's Sarah Palmer, now!"
He frowned a little. When Sheriff Burke came back you continued at stitching him up. You were rather rough but he didn't notice.

His sudden outburst startled you. He said he believed that Harry Warden attacked him but he didn't sound so sure of himself.
"Sheriff Burke, I thought you shot Harry Warden?" "I did. Tommy here's talking nonsense!" "Just as usual!"
Sheriff Palmer walked in. Tom's glare switched from Jim to Axel. You noticed how his breathing quickened and put a hand on his shoulder, which caused him to look at you.
"Y/n could you be so kind and give us a minute?" "When I'm done stitching him up!"
You did the last three stitches and put a bandage on top.
