In the far distance, out of sight of anyone, 8 dots watched the streets.
2 dots were a stunning icy blue color.
2 were poisonous green.
2 were a soft, pastel brown.
And the last 2 were a bright chocolate brown color.
The wind died down as the chocolate colored dots disappeared. Y/N, taking a deep breath of cold air, continued her way, unknowingly nearing the hiding spot of the colored dots.
The daunting silence was interrupted when a stick broke near her, Y/N barely had the time to look at the source as a blur went past her.
With a shriek, Y/N backed away, looking around.
"H-hello?" She called out meekly.
When nothing answered, she hesitantly took a step forwards. She had to go home this way, whenever she liked it or not.
Nothing jumped at her this time, so... was that just her imagination just now?
Shaking her head, she quickly moved her legs in a faster pace.
Yet another ruffling sound could be heard.. behind her?
With a snap she looked over her shoulder.
Again, nothing..
She laughed humorlessly, "I'm seriously going crazy here..."
As she turned her head to the road in front of her, her laughter died down rapidly.
Wolves..?
