A day had passed, and it was stressful.

I know that he can learn faster than anybody, marunong na rin siyang magsalita ng mas naaayon. He even ask me every little things now.

Out of all the curious person, he sure is the most curious of all. Lahat ng gagawin ko ay tatanungin niya, even when I cook for dinner,

"Adora, what's that?" He asked while watching me clean the vegetables, Leaning over the sink at my side. Nakatingin ito sa hinuhugasan kong gulay.

"Hmm, this is a vegetable." I peaked at his reaction and saw his eyes intently looking at the cabbage.  Niligay ko para bang may inaalala siya dito.

"Ohhh. Ohh!" He threw his hands in the air and smiled widely, Bigla nalang siyang tumakbo papuntang sala at agad ding bumalik dala dala ang isang story book.

"Adoraaa! Vege-ta-bles." Inangat nito ang libro at hinarap sa akin. He pointed at the front page, It was a story about Mr.Veggie and his crew.

Actually, if you just analyze it hindi iyon isang kiddie story. It was about the vegetables getting murdered.

"Veggie died." He said and then points his finger on me, Inaakusahan ako bilang isa sa mga sinasabi nitong pumatay sa vegetables.

"You're going to kill them Adora." He said with a hint of being mad at me, nakasimangot ito at para bang nag-tatampo pa.

"Walang akong pinapatay, I'm cooking right now Zoe. This is cooking, hindi totoo yang nababasa mo dyan." I explained to him but he just flipped some pages and showed me an illustration of vegetables being cut by a huge hand.

"Nooo. See this? Pinatay sila." He insisted, muli niyang nilipat ang pages at pinakita doon kung paano pa namatay ang ibang vegetables such as carrots and cucumber. Oh gosh why did I gave him such thing!

Tinalikuran ko ito at hinarap ang kitchen counter para hanapin ang kutsilyo. I scanned for a moment and finally found the knives at the side of the plates.

Kumuha ako ng isa at bumalik sa mga gulay upang simulan ang paghahati. "Zoe, that's not true. This is food and---" pag-eexplain ko sa kaniya habang nahhihiwa.

"Hala!" He exclaimed before he took the knife away from me, laking gulat ko sa ginawa nito at halos malaglag ang aking panga. He just took it from my hand and threw it on the trash can. Sinundan ko lamang iyon ng tingin.

"Zoe!" I said. nagtaas baba ang aking dibdib sa sobrang pag-kakagulat. Akala ko'y bigla na lamang akong sasaksakin pero ng itapon nito ang kutsilyo sa basurahan ay para bang lalo akong naguluhan.

"Adora, bawal daw pumatay. You'll go to jail." He whispered to me like a kid, hinihinaan ang boses upang walang ibang makarinig. "I don't want you to be in jail." He added, akala mo naman talaga'y makukulong nga ako.

"Zoe! San mo natutunan yan?" I blurted out. Laking gulat sa mga sinasabi nito, why is he talking about being in jail now?

"Sa TV! Sabi ni Cardo Dalisay!" He said confidently with a frown on his face, that smug look on his face is a sign of him being all proud of himself with the things he just learned from TV.

There, I was left with nothing but a thought of 'I will kill Fruga for telling me that this guy is my dream man. Damn that cat.'

"Zoe listen---" I took a deep breath and told him things. It took me awhile bago kami natapos mag-usap. This guy is stubborn despite his good looks. Lahat ng sasabihin ko dito ay mayroon siyang counter attack na tanong.
