I went to the elephants the very next day with Hathi and we met them at the Twin Mountains, nearly 15 miles northwest of out territory. We have to get them to Khaniwara as fast as possible, nearly 40 miles North of the Twin Mountains. We escorted them to a little path that lead straight to Khaniwara after we fed them some food. I went back to my lair straight afterwards only to find Hope, Lala and Maki there.
Andrew: What are you guys
Lala: Shh get in here
I got in my lair and then they were looking at me nervous
Lala: You know it was Akru and Sura's birthday right
Andrew: Yeah why
Lala: Don't tell anyone this but we are having a surprise birthday party for them.
Maki: Yeah it would mean a lot if you don't tell anyone
All of a sudden Akru came into my den
Akru: Tell anyone what
Andrew: We can't tell anyone that we have a surprise for the young ones
Akru: What is it
Andrew: It's a surprise I can't tell you
He headed out of the den and I went back down to the lake to drink of water. I then looked up and a jungle spirit was in front of my eyes.
?: Hey there young wolf you look gloomy why is it
Andrew: I need to defeat Shere Khan and all my other enemies and the wolves think I can do it and many wolves of the pack doesn't think I belong
?:Well you can't get through that with that attitude, you need confidence, cub. I can't do anything about Shere Khan, but you can
Andrew: How I don't have enough power
?: You know I was the one who left that power there.....hmm here.
He gave me another power source
?: I am giving you another power, it is called......
He floated off in the distance and his time was up. Tomorrow night I will have to be ready for Shere Khan, even if he is gone.
Akru: Simba and Buckshot is heading to Snow Peak wanna come
Andrew: Sure I am up to the task
Akru: Come on we have to catch up
We caught up as fast as possible but by the time I got there there was a big ravine in front of us.
Simba: I am going to try to jump it
Andrew: That is not a good idea
Buckshot: Simba don't
He jumped and didn't make it.
Andrew: Wolf Wings
My wings transformed onto my arms and I flew down into the ravine but before I got him, an eagle with a crown on its head. We both landed on our feet while Buckshot was still crying.
?: I think you better tell Buckshot you are here
He went to tell Buckshot and they gave each other a hug
Buckshot: I thought you were gone
Akru: That was quite a scare
Andrew: Yeah thanks to the um.....
Akru: Eagle King
Andrew: Yes
They continued their sorrow and then the Eagle King broke in
EK; What are you guys doing all the way up here
Simba: We are training so one day we can go back to where we were born
EK: I got an idea we can go to a place where very few people have seen
Simba: How do we get there
Buckshot: Who is that
EK: He is my friend don't be afraid
Andrew: Eagle King do we have go by air
EK: Unfortunately we can't take all of you
Andrew: I can fly...Wolf Wings
EK: Good now you can take your wolf friend with you
We all flew to see the savanna and the Emerald Forest
Simba: Whoa
EK: From here you can see for miles
Andrew: It is a beautiful view
Akru: Yeah
Buckshot: Look there is the Emerald Forest have you been there your majesty
EK: Of course many times
Akru: It is getting dark we better get going we have an assembly
Andrew: No we don't Luri told me
Akru: Really that is odd
He didn't notice but that night I flew him passed his dawn and near Council Rock
Akru: What are you surprising them with
Andrew: Just wait
We walked up to Council Rock to see lights and a huge meat pile.
All: Happy Birthday Akru
Here came Sura
All: Happy Birthday you too
Andrew: Maki and them had this planned all along
Both: Whoa this is amazing
We celebrated and everyone came. It was a great night but we have a great deal of enemies ahead of us.
