Chapter 24

It has been about three days since the battle, and we have seen nothing. After everyone was healed; thanks to minor injuries, we kept on moving. It was a hot day and everyone was getting tired. We found a great spot where there was water and food, but someone was following us.

Simba: Hmm we will stop here

We stopped and I grabbed my breath. I fell asleep due to the soreness of my feet. I slept for how long and I woke up with bees on my face. Luckily, we were next to water, and I ran with stings all over me.

Akru: Are you alright.

Andrew: Kind've, if only my stings would go away, I would be good.

Simba and Buckshot used their star powers to defeat them once and for all, but something was wrong, someone was here, and the bees were going straight after them. I ran with Simba and there was the female lion that was trying to talk to Simba yesterday. We went and protected her with our powers. After that, she started walking away.

Simba: Wait I....

He went over and tried to talk to her. I went back to Akru and Sura and started talking to them.

Akru: So now what

Sura: Yeah so now what are we going to do

Andrew: We will keep going to Mount Kilimanjaro and then I don't know what will happen from there.

Akru: I bet the pack would be worried about us eventually. Who knows, they might come looking for us.

Andrew: I specifically told mother that we will return whatever happens

Akru: Yeah but if you know...

Andrew: That won't happen you guys got Simba, Buckshot and many others that can protect you.

Sura: Yeah but you never know what can happen

Andrew: Alright now you guys get some rest we still have a long day ahead of us. 

Evening came, and it was cool enough for us to start walking straight in the morning. We walked before dawn and we were literally this close from Kilimanjaro. 

Andrew: Simba is that Kilimanjaro. 

Simba: Yes this is the home of my ancestors. I can't believe it we finally made after all of these years.

Buckshot: Yeah but there is always someone that is in your way you may have to fight to get into your kingdom Simba

Andrew: I completely agree there is always someone in the family who wants the throne Simba you ought to be ready to fight

Akru: Yeah that happens in our pack all the time

We kept going towards Kilimanjaro and then we stopped to a halt. It was another lion in front of us. He had little eyes with a large mane and he looked very old.

?: What are you doing here....

Simba: Well we are.....

?: Get out you don't belong here

Simba: Yeah I do, I am Simba, remember uncle

?: Simba...oh well Simba....what are you doing back here without your father....you have grown so much...what is this human doing here, I'll take him down

He came at me but he missed 

Simba: That is my friend from the jungle

Andrew: Yeah so don't try me got it

?: Well well well now what are you doing back here Simba

Simba: To take the throne I am the rightful king

?: You think so eh well guess what I am king and if you want to get through here....that human has to face me

Akru: Don't do it

Sura: Yeah you'll get killed

Andrew: I have to do it, I have to do it for Simba...with the power of god, give me the power of the mighty wolf

I morphed up and bring out my claws.

?: Come on give me everything you've got human you can't defeat me

I did all I could and I did get the job done eventually after him getting so cocky that he was going to win no matter what, because I was human. He perished that day, not in peace, but in an awful death. I made that short and sweet because it took around half an hour to defeat him. We kept moving towards Kilimanjaro and closer to victory.
