As I walk inside I see Jug smirking at me.
"What?"
"You really like him don't you?"
"Jug...." I say while give him a look that tells my twin to shut up.
"Ok. Ok." Jug say as he puts his hands up in the air.
"Do you think dad will be ok?"
"I think he will be.What should we do about Reggie?" Jug asks
"Find proof of Dad's innocence and until then stay strong. Just like he would want." I say as I take my glass of warm milk and take a sip.
"What do you think of Fangs?" I ask
"I think he is a loyal guy. How bout you?"
"I think he's funny, kind, caring, loyal and true to himself. Which is hard to be." I say as I take another sip of my milk.
"You and Toni are getting along well."
"Yeah we are. She's awesome. To you think they are going to tell the other serpents?"
"Probably. So don't be surprise if they show up here." Jug say as he pulls me into a hug.
"Everything will work out Mari. I promise."
"Don't make promises you can't keep Juggy. You don't determine dad's fate."
"I know. Hey, dad will be ok. Like Fred said dad is strong. He'll be fine." Jug says.
"Your right. It's late we better head to bed Jug."
"Ok. Let's go."
"Carry me."
"What?" Jug asks in confusion.
"Carry me."
"Ok little monster." Jugs as he picks me up and carries me to our bedroom and puts me on my bed
"Juggy...What do you think of Sweetpea?" I ask as he hops into bed
"I think he's a good guy but is a bit to hot headed but, besides that he's loyalty to dad and the serpents are what makes up for that."
"Ok. Let's get to bed. Night Jug"
"Night Mari. Sleep tight don't let the bed bugs bite." Jug teases
"Night. I love you. " I say.
"I love you too Mari." Jug says as I slowly fall asleep
