WORDS OF THE DEAD
(ANXIETY)
There is always a lamp lighting your way
Like a lamp, I shall burn
In my head I'll toss and turn
When finally-; the lights are dimmed
The noise will stopHow do I rid myself
Of this buzzing in the brain?
The demonic din
That lies within
The screaming sound
That comes around
The ghastly gasp
Will never
passBut one day a light will shine
The curtain; I, was hid behind
Will fall
To the floor
And I; shall open up my doorsGone will be my fears
Replaced by chants and cheers
No more violence in my ears
No more grinding of the gears
I will stop my anxieties
Pick up society's-... candle
Destroying my minds vandal
Making it; my life; to handleLike a lamp I shall burn
In my head I'll toss and turn
Finally the lights will dim
Replaced by a peace within
I won't scream
And I won't shout
Because I've blown the candle out
