WORDS OF THE LIVING(TRANSGENDER)
Pink dresses
Barbie Dolls
Football successes
DinosaursSparkling crowns
Teddy bears
Laughing sounds
Their life, was theirsThen the little girl
Felt something different
She didn't want, dolls, dresses and curls
But her parents were ignorantShe felt like
She should have been a boy
Wanted to play football, ride her bike
But her parents thought she was just a tom-boyShe didn't want to be a girl
She realised she was a boy
Not in body
But in mind
She had to tell somebody
But everyone seemed blind
No one was kind
To the little girl
That was a boyYears later she's finally a boy
Transformation brought him joy
He felt complete
He felt right
His future was, just as brightSome still are not kind
Many are still blind
But now he, is gender assigned
