The sun had set. For a few days now. At least that was how Yoongi felt.
Hoseok was different. He was less cheery, less goofy and less happy. He looked upset, maybe sad even.
And Hoseok being sad was something that never happened. Sure, he cried easily. He was emotional. But never sad.
As they sat in the steps, waiting for Kookie and Joon to show up, Yoongi glanced at Hoseok. Hoseok was busy licking the ice cream that melted and dripped onto his hand.
His natural goofiness had returned.
"You okay Hobi? Need a tissue?"
Jin asked licking his own ice cream.
"No, I'm fine",
Hoseok answered busy licking. Jimin chuckled at the view.
"I'm eating their ice-creams if they don't come soon!"
Jimin said holding the cover that the ice creams came in.
"Na ah! I get one!"
Hoseok tried to pull back the ice creams from Jimin.
"Kookie is here!"
Jin said pointing to the entrance of the Bowl.
"I get Joon hyung's!"
Jimin cried out loud and ran with the cover to Kookie. After giving him one of the ice creams, Jimin took the last one.
"Joon hyung isn't here yet?"
Kookie asked licking his own ice cream,
"Mmm...strawberry!" he murmured.
"Yeah! I wonder why he is so late," Yoongi replied.
"Tae on a date?" Jimin asked Kookie.
Jin noticed the sudden change in Kookie's demeanour.
"Wow they spend a lot of time together!" Jimin commented again oblivious to Kookie's reaction.
So Jin replied instead,
"He'll come by seven, as usual."
What Yoongi however noticed was the dip in Hoseok's mood.
