~Flashback (First P.O.V.)~
"Come on sweetie, we're gonna go somewhere special together," my mom smiled brightly. "You'll make a ton of friends where we're going!" my dad exclaims. I gave a slight nod, not really showing my emotions. I wasn't excited either way, my parents would normally disappear on a daily. My mom would leave and come back, then my dad would do the same, and then both will disappear and come back after a while. "It's business honey," my dad would tell me. I never did get time to smile with my parents or even interact with them. "Sweetie, you used to smile so much when you were younger, what happened?" my mom would ask whenever we had time to play. I didn't know anything about my smile, I never felt happiness, I've only know my about work...
I followed behind my parents, I watched as little kids my age pass by. Their smiles lighting up their parents smile. Why couldn't I have a smile like that? Is it because I never really had a chance to smile with my parents? I sat down on the seat, next to my protector. "Where are we going?" I asked while looking out the window provided in this airplane. "South Korea," my security guard replied. My parents didn't even want to sit with me, they were busy talking about the company.
~South Korea~
"Okay sweetie, we'll be sure to visit you," my mom waved as she walked away with my dad. I didn't know how to feel, sadness perhaps? I didn't have any emotions seeing as my parents disappeared. Not even begging for them to stay and not leave me here in this unknown place.
~After a month~
I've been living in my own house for a long time. I have tutors coming over and teaching me Korean. It wasn't difficult whatsoever, but my security guard was having difficulty learning it. "Why don't you smile more?" my tutor asked me. All I did was give a simple shrug. I had no idea why I couldn't show any emotions. "Here," my tutor grabbed my cheeks and pulled them. She started laughing, "Isn't this fun?" she asked while smiling and I shook my head.
~School~
"You're so boring! Why can't you show any emotions? Isn't he at least funny?" a girl asked while pointing at the boy. He seemed to be making a fool of himself more than anything. "No," I replied before walking off to be alone. I was so used to being alone, no one could bother me. This is exactly how I was when I was back in my home place after all. Alone without anyone to interact with. On an occasion maids would enter my bedroom, but nothing more. I couldn't have a feeling such as emotion.
~Highschool~
"This is Mark, he'll be your secretary," I stared at the male in front of me. He was only a simple high schooler. "Hello," I said holding out my hand. The male looked at my hand before turning away. I didn't really react.
~After a week~
"This is so annoying?! Why am I stuck with you?! I never wanted to work with a rich girl like you!" I watched as Mark started to tear up. Mark quickly looked at me before looking away. "You're just a spoiled brat, you don't have to work for anything. Talented and smart, you shouldn't be considered human. You show no emotions, it's so hard to tell what you're thinking," Mark sobbed. "That's not true," Mark looked at me as if it was a miracle that I could talk. "I do work hard for things... I really do. I don't even like showing off the money I obtain," I said. "It isn't right to show off something some people don't have, I know it's hard. I'm going through hard times as well... I never accept my parents paychecks. I decline them because I want to work for it myself," I watched as Mark stared at me. I made my way to Mark, "I'm just like you Mark," I touched Mark's face which made his face turn red for some reason.
~After a month~
"Hi, my name is Lily," a female held out her hand to me with a smile. I took her hand and shook it, just like I did with every other person who I met. "I always see you with that clumsy male student. Do you not have any other friends?" Lily asked and I nodded. "You don't really show your emotions do you?" Lily asked and I nodded once more. "I don't know how to," I replied. "What do you mean you don't know how to silly? You just do it naturally like this!" Lily eyes light up as she smiled brightly. I watched amazed but yet unsure on how she did it without a problem.
~Last day of highschool~
"I can't believe highschool flew by so quickly," Lily said while holding Josh's hand. "Can you believe it Y/N?" Lily asked while smiling. I returned a gentle smile, "It's unbelievable," I replied. It was the end of my highschool journey, so many memories were made, and honestly I hope to make more.
~End of flashback (And back to normal P.O.V.)~
"You want to what?" Kim asked in disbelief at Namjoon's words. "I think we need to break up," Namjoon repeated his words. "I just finished off with my shift, and now I'm coming here to my boyfriend that I've been dating for two years wanting to break up with me," Kim said frustrated. "Did I do something wrong? If I did then I can fix it, please Namjoon don't do this to me," Kim's eyes were forming tears. You turned to look at Namjoon, he was looking down at his lap no longer able to make eye contact with Kim. "You did nothing wrong," Namjoon replied, "Then why are you suddenly breaking up with me?" Kim asked as her voice became more faint. "Because I'm doing it for ARMY," Namjoon said. You could tell that Kim had stopped functioning. "So you love ARMY that much to the point where you want break up with me? Did I mean nothing to you, Namjoon? Tell me! Was I just some type of burden?!" Kim pleaded for answers as her tears left her eyes. "No of course not! I-I'm doing this for ARMY, I need to be able to perform well for them! I want to make them happy since they make me happy, I don't want any distractions like a relationship," Namjoon replied. "So I was a distraction huh?" Kim asked, "I'm sorry for being a distraction to you. I'm sorry for interfering with you're relationship with your fans. You can be with your fans at peace." "Babe please don't be-," Namjoon was immediately interrupted, "Don't call me that Kim Namjoon, from now on you're single. And I- I was never your girlfriend. Please make ARMY happy... I'll stop being a burden," with those words Kim left the room without another word.
You heard as sobs echoed throughout the room. "Well isn't this just full of emotions?" Yoongi tsk seeing as his best friend had disappeared with sadness. Seokjin made an attempt to comfort the crying Namjoon, but it seemed that Namjoon couldn't calm down.
I hoped you enjoyed!
