Elena's POV:

I flipped out, "What no! I should have known this was a bad idea. I told you we made a deal and I said we cannot like each other." He starts laughing and tries to catch his breath. "Why are you being such a douchebag."

He looks at me. "Hahahahaha oh my gosh! I was just kidding. I wanted to see the look on your face, and it actually worked."  He pats himself on his leg. Still laughing.

We walked back to school and I was still mad at him. I even ignored him on our way  back as he follows me behind and still laughing about what happened. He is clearly a TOTAL douchebag. THANK GOD my feelings are fading.

As we head inside the school I see Brian and he waves from a distance. I look at Chris' wondering if I should leave and go talk to Brian. Decided I wave back at Brian and I continue to walk with Chris.

"Hey, can we take a walk around the school? At least until your transport comes back." He seemed a bit down maybe it's a good thing we should actually take a walk. "Sure" I replied. He wraps his arm around my waist and pulled me close. I felt his warmth but he was too hot. Literally. He looked at Brian with his death stare.

As walking pass our class for the 3rd time around the school already and still didn't seem tired of it. "Sooo how are you and Brian?" He looked at me at the corner of his eyes. How did he even know "Uhh...him and I are cool. We just friends." He says in disbelief, "Interesting I see."

"Why are you asking me such a question?" I raised my eyebrow. He started to stutter, "Uhh..I'm asking because...he...you know...he...ask me a question about you...so yeah. I can't tell you because he said I should keep it a secret so..yeah." He rubbed his neck, blushing.

As we walk near I will close for the first time I see dear and she's actually coming this way. GREAT!

Chris POV:

Holy Shit! De'arra. I hope they not gonna create a cat fight in front of me. "I think we should just go back... you know... to avoid drama", I awkwardly smile at her but she looks at me in anger. "Nahhh. We are gonna continue walking. Let's see if she has the decency to cope with me today." She hissed.

This is really a bad idea but I can't stop them. Why did I come in the middle of this? "Elena if we not gonna walk away, then I will." She looked in confusion.

She's surprised "Oh so what, you on her side then." She puffed, "You know what? Forget it. I'm going home." She turned her heel and walked away from me. I slapped myself on the forehead and growled, "You know I didn't mean that. Please come back." I begged. "NO!" She turns back.

"Go to your girlfriend, I'm sure she's waiting to see you and have y'all one night stand or whatever. Do what you gotta do, we ain't dating, right?" She continued walking.

It hurts. What she said. I was just gonna ask her out. Day ruined, GREAT. I'm such a screw up, should've known this was coming.

De'arra comes to me, "Aww baby, forget her. I can give you everything." She looks at Elena and rolled her eyes. Then went back to me, wrapped her arms around me my waist and cuddle. But I didn't feel like doing that now.

Elena's POV:

I actually can't believe I said that. To his face. It really hurts but it was the truth. We're not dating. All I need just to make my day is a bottle of Russian Bear vodka and smoke Twisp of raspberry flavour.

I walk fast to the top gate parking lot. So far no one noticing tears on my face. I see Amy and Ben on the garden bench laughing.

I hope she doesn't see me. "Oh hey Ellie." She waved, but her smile changed. "What happened? Where is he?" She frowned, looked past me and saw them. I look back.

He's blushing, laughing and enjoys being with her. I stopped Amy as she was about to march up to them. "Leave them", I say. "She's got everything he wants. Looks, personality, style, everything..." I stare at her. "...and I got none of that."
