chapter 9 ~Ciel and Meri~

I groan as I hear music playing. I look around and notice that Meris gone. I sit up and walk out of the room. I recognize the song and chuckle. Who still listens to this? I walk downstairs and notice Meri dancing with a broom and cleaning. "What are you doing? " Meri yelps and drops the broom. "Ciel what the hell! You surprised me!" She yells as she picks up the broom and continues cleaning. "I'm cleaning cause the staff need to rest" I look at her confused "what do you mean?" She looks at me and smiles "they clean everything everyday and do amazing. The least I can do is clean for them." She says as she smiles at me. She's so nice I smile at her and grab the broom. "How about I sweep and you clean the windows?" She smiles at me and nods. She grabs everything she needs and starts cleaning the windows. "How many rooms have you done?" I ask as I sweep. "This is my last room" I look at her surprised "really?" She nods and smiles.

{1 hour later}

We finished and smiled at each other. "Thanks for helping me, you really didn't have to" she says as she blushes and looks away. I smile at her this is the most I've ever smiled "its fine, but we should go eat" meri nods. As we start walking to the dining room Cosette ran to me and hugs my legs. "Papa!" She yells as she smiles at me. I chuckle and pick her up. "No! I'm your papa!!" I hear Alex yell as he runs to us. "Alex stop trying to convince her that you're her dad, she'll never believe it" meri says as she glares at him.  Alex growls and storms off. I sigh and walk into the dinning room. I place Cosette in the chair next to me and sit down. Meri sits down on the side of me and starts eating. This is my longest mission but.... I'm happy about it. I start eating "so Ciel....I was thinking... maybe... would you like to go to the park with me and Cosette?" Meri says as she looks at me hopefully. I nod and smile. "I would love to"
We continue eating silently. Once we were done we all got ready to go to the park. "Cosette let's go!" I say as I pick her up, making her giggle. We walk to the limo and get in. "I can't wait to go to the park, its always so beautiful" Meri says as she smiles. She looks outside and her eyes widen. "STOP THE CAR" the driver immediately stops and meri gets out. "What's happening?" I say as I get out while carrying Cosette. I see her tackle a guy and the group pulls out gun like weapons and point it at her. "Who the hell are you?!" A woman with white hair yells as she glares at meri. I immediately run to them with Cosette. "I'm sorry about her! I don't know what got into her!" I put Cosette down and help meri up. Meri looks at one of the guys "lance?" She says. "Let's go" I say as I try to grab onto Cosette, but she walks to the person that meri tackled."Hi! I Cosette, mama sorry for pushing you! Papa is also sorry" the person tensed up" Cosette?" The person said as they stood up and looked at Cosette. " you look like her... And like me....how we described you..." The person teared up and looked at me and then at meri. "Meri?..." The person slowly walks to us. "Pidge...Pidge its really you!!!" Merit runs to pidge and hugs her. "Pidge who is this?" One of the guys say. Pidge smiles at them. "Guys this is Meri...a friend" meri looks a little hurt from that sentence but keeps on smiling. Pidge then introduced us to everyone. The Cuban man with blue eyes is Lance. The guy with the mullet is Keith. The man with the yellow bandana is Hunk. The man with white hair is shiro, and the woman is Allura...her girlfriend... "oh...i-Its nice to meet you" Meri says as she tears up. "Hi everyone! I'm Meri, This is Cosette and this guy is Ciel, My husband" her attitude changed fa-DID SHE JUST INTRODUCE ME AS HER HUSBAND?! "Woah Meri you changed...a lot..." Lance says as he looks at Meri. Keith punches lance. "What?! I meant it like she grew taller!!" Lance yells as he groans. Meri giggles "thank you" Cosette walks to hunk and says "uppy!" As she raises her hands. "We should go back home, its getting late" I say as I pick up Cosette. "Would you guys like to stay over for the night? We have enough room and I'd like to catch up" Meri says as she smiles at them."are you sure? The last thing I remember is you living in a tiny house, far away. And I don't think we can walk too far" pidge says, worried. Meri just smiles and snaps her fingers. Then the limo stops beside us. I look at who gets out of the driver seat and see Rudy. He walks to door and opens it. "Hey Meri, where do you wanna go?" Meri smirks. "Home, and make sure that food is ready for our guests" Rudy nods and looks at the others. I look at them and see them start to get into the limo."oh and ciel, Rudy will call your servants tell them to go to my mansion, we'll be staying there for a while." I climb in with Cosette as Meri sits beside me. Rudy closes the door, puts music on and starts driving. "Can I stick my head out of the top of the limo?!" I hear lance say. Meri nods. "Sure, but be careful don't want you to get hurt." Lance smirks and sticks his head out of the top of the limo.
