CHAPTER 13.5 (SPECIAL CHAPTER)

FIVE YEARS EARLIER

It was morning when Jin, Namjoon, and Yoongi were sitting on a bench at Sperminston University. The boys were bonding over their horrendous school results as Namjoon received a bad grade for the first time in his entire life. After living in Sin Town for over 6 years with the help of his parents who sent him there to further his studies as a police officer, Namjoon was exasperated by how destructive he was when it came to anything.

"Namjoon, bad grades are our thing, don't let it get to you" Yoongi muttered before laying his head on the picnic table

"You guys don't understand, I received an A-minus." Namjoon ruffled his hair in frustration as he stared at the 82% on his paper

"I know exactly why we can't understand, my bro. That's because we never get straight A's in every subject we take unlike you" Jin rolled his eyes "I got the booty and half of the brain, so I guess I'm good"

"Easy to say when you're the son of a duke" Namjoon sent a side glare at Jin

"At least I'm happy to not be eligible to any throne. That would be pretty stressful. Can you imagine me running a country?" Jin's squeaky laugh could be heard

"We'd all wear pink on national days and you'd force everyone to laugh like you. I'd rather not imagine that" Namjoon shook his head

"You forgot the most important part. The worldwide handsome thing would a trademark for our country...it would become our motto" Yoongi commented "Just thinking of it, I feel like immigrating to another country" he shivered

"Come on, I wouldn't be that bad if I had to run our country" jin scowled

"I bet you'd want to retire after two weeks" Namjoon added

"How dare you!" Jin replied in a scandalized tone before adding his next comment "I'd retire after two hours, actually" he chuckled

"Son of a duke or not, you're still abnormally weird as f*ck." Namjoon smiled sarcastically

"This is why you hang out with me" Jin smirked

"My status is what brought me here. It's pretty sad to see that status doesn't have any importance when you come in this city. This is why I decided to live like a normal kid" Jin stared at his nails

"Yeah but the narcissism and arrogance is still there" namjoon chuckled

"What arrogance?" Jin scoffed "Is being worldwide handsome a sin? We're in Sin Town after all" he smirked

"Can we conclude this conversation by saying that we are weird as f*ck so we need to go get some food? My stomach is growling as if jin was inside" Yoongi banged his head on the picnic table

"Who knows, maybe I am inside and you don't know it yet" Jin commented "Maybe I am waiting to be reborn inside Yoongi's stomach?"

"Or maybe you need more coffee because last night made you crazy" Yoongi smacked the back of Jin's head

"I swear to god, I wasn't hallucinating! I actually saw some school girl getting dragged inside Wang corporations' car" Jin whined "Yes it was 3 o'clock in the morning, but I still had my sanity with me, even after drinking two bottles"

"There you go again, with that story" Namjoon rolled his eyes "This city is so well protected that even rats would be scared to come out at night. Do you even remember her face?"

"Not really" Jin sighed "I only remember her school uniform"

"Then your story is not valid" Namjoon sighed
