okay i just wanna say i love dare sm and yeah

also quick disclaimer: i think its fair to assume she's japanese, i think ive read somewhere that she is, and the name she had before the writers changed it to dare was japanese. this is just my guess and im sorry if im wrong. please let me know if i am. and know this isnt with any rude or prejudiced intent.

-she was born in japan, but her parents moved to america while she was really young

-however, because of her heritage, she grew up really infatuated with and around japanese culture (both modern and historical) 

-in most of her childhood, she sort of kept to herself or a close friend or two 

-the british accent was something she started doing in high school, just for fun 

- she met Maccoy some time in high school, and she sort of picked him up as friend because he was new and she wanted to make sure he had a friend. they've been besties ever since

-she dated around quite a bit in high school, having a new s/o like every month.

but i need you to know i'm in all advanced classes and extracurricular and yeah that pretty much speaks for itself 

i'm gonna try to finish the childhood/character background headcanon series this week while i'm on break bc it bugs me that it's not done
