Chapter 22- The Cure

Sorry for the long wait on each chapter guys xc. Im hoping to get this book wrapped up because im really excited for Book 2! But for now it won't be rushed don't worry xD. Enjoyyy ♥

Sky's POV

"The concoction of all Ender species?" Seto murmered. "That's what I heard.." I replied. 

"Er.. Let me just.." Seto slowly rose from his chair,(IWASABOUTTOWRITEHAIR) and speed walked to his bookshelf of science books and binders. He looked in between books down the third isle until he found a secret safe. "When did you get that?" I inquired, never seeing it before. "Oh um, just for private purposes. But anyways, this could have an answer."

He quickly unlocked the safe, taking out an old dusty thick book. On the cover was some sort of strange lettering. "Thats runic, by the way. I'll translate it for you." I groaned in frustration as he opened the book and flipped through the pages, dust flying everywhere. 

"Here! This page is about Enders." He scanned each line of weird letters, putting one hand on his chin in deep thought. I folded my arms on the desk and laid my head on top, looking at the pages in boredom. "So?" I interrupted the silence.

"I think I found it but..." he trailed off, his eyes slowly becoming soft with realization. "Well, theres good news.. Then theres the bad news." He bit his lip, looking at me. "Uh-"

"Fine, Good news first. There is a cure for Ty, as he is a special kind of Enderfected, its been reported that it's happened before in here. Bad news is, I don't know if it will work, but if it does work, Ty will never be the same again.."

"What do you mean, never the same? What do you think is the cure?" A ray of hope was rising in his chest as it became clear he could be saved. "Well, the sure is simple. tRUE LOVES FUCKING KISS(THATS RIGHT I READ THE COMMENTS)

"Well, the cure is...well.." he once again scanned the page, murmuring to himself quietly. "Is it a spell? A potion?" He raised a finger at me in silence. He finally looked up at me, his hood falling back over his shoulders. "Remember how we poured water on Ty to delay the infection, and it worked?"  I nodded. "Well, maybe we can use that to our advantage again. And maybe..." he scanned the page once again and looked up, eyes shining.

"What if this is the answer to our prayers!" he yelled, his voice raising. "What if this could save everyone! This could be the antidote, the simple things in life. Water!"

"How can we find out?" I said eagerly. A larger ray of light shone down on us. "Well, that's going to be difficult, but its possible. We need to capture one, a smaller one. Like testing almost."

I cringed slightly. The thought of testing on a once innocent citizen. "But think of it this way: If one of these tests work, then the person we tested on will come back to life!"

well, that makes me feel better.

"Now, let make a plan to capture an enderfected."

i spamming the keyboard with letters anD I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED EVERYTHING ON THE SCREEN AND I STARTED MAKING HIGH PITCHED NOISES AND STARING AT THE SCREEN IN HORROR but then realized i saved it and it was all okay
