Lonzo and I get up from the food court and I text Danni.

We're having fun. I think everything is going great.

"I've waited years to meet you, and now when I finally do, you're on your phone!" Lonzo says.

I laugh looking at him.

"I'm checking on my cousin,"

I lock my phone before turning my attention towards Lonzo.

"So," I trail off.

"What do you want to do?" Lonzo asked.

"We're at a mall, I guess we can go shop, get food, or catch a movie at AMC."

"How about all three?" Lonzo winks.

Oh shit he's hot, I think to myself.

"I mean, if you want."

Lonzo grabs my hand and we walk towards the AMC to check the movie times.

"You wanna see Uncle Drew?" Lonzo asked.

"Yeah, whatever you want." I say.

I pull out my wallet and Lonzo looks at me.

"I asked you out, so I'm paying!"

"Fine," I take out a twenty anyway.

I slip the twenty in his pocket and he doesn't seem to notice me.

Once we get inside of the movie theater, I see Danni a few rows in front of us.

LaMelo has an arm around her and Danni is leaning into his chest.

"Damn, my little bro is making big moves!" Lonzo laughs.

I shake my head.

"Danni is probably freaking out on the inside." I say.

Lonzo looks at me confused.

"You know who we are?" Lonzo asked.

"Well, not at first, once Danni saw your picture and she recognized you. She talks about you guys all the time, I'm not really interested in basketball and all that." I say.

Lonzo nods his head slowly.

"She isn't gonna kidnap my brother is she?"

"No," I laugh. "She isn't that crazy about him!"

I laugh even louder and people around us start to shush me.

Lonzo laughs at me.

After the movie, we hang out at the mall some more.

"So you've never seen me play?" Lonzo asked.

"Nope," I say.

"When's the first time you saw a picture of me?"

"A couple of years ago, but you didn't have waves at the time." I say.

I laugh before speaking again.

"Honestly you look way better without the hair."

Lonzo chuckles.

"Thanks," he says. "I think I'd like your hair in a bun, cause I like buns."

Lonzo looks back at my butt and I bite my lip.

"Or at least I like your buns." He smacks my butt lightly causing me to squeal slightly.

"Hey, hands to yourself!" I giggle.
