Once Rain comes home from work, she walks into me and Danni's room.

"Hey my favorite older cousin!" I say to Rain.

Danni scoffs.

"Rude!" Danni frowns.

"No, don't 'hey favorite older cousin' me!" Rain says walking closer to me.

Rain crosses her arms in front of her chest.

"I should kill you! Next time you give me the wrong information, I am going to whoop your little ass! Do you fucking understand me?" Rain yells at me.

I nod my head.

"God damn, you had me stressed all night!" Rain runs a hand through her hair.

"Yeah, she was pretty stressed." Danni agrees with Rain.

I glare at her and she makes a face before going on her phone.

"Come here!" Rain says.

I get off of my bed and Rain pulls me into a hug.

"I'm very happy you are home safe and that you didn't get kidnapped and killed!" Rain says still hugging me.

"Um, I'm happy too?" I reply not sure what to say.

Rain pulls away from the hug and she walks to her room.

The next day, Danni and I- not and I, Danni gets all dressed up so we can take pictures and post them on her Instagram.

She wants to post them so she can see if LaMelo will comment or like her post.

I put on a simple black dress and a gold necklace with my name on it.

Danni and I take pictures together and out of twenty pictures, we only like one.

"So I'm gonna post this and caption it with 'old pic' and then you can go change your clothes so we can take some pictures of you outside!" I explain to Danni.

"As long as I get to post something on my IG, okay!" Danni says.

I post the picture on my Instagram while Danni changes in the bathroom.

"I didn't know you actually knew a Jamal!" I say.

I hear Danni laugh from the bathroom.

"He's liked me since my freshman year," Danni says walking out of the bathroom.

"Oh snap, my cousins bomb!" I hype Danni up.

"Ha, stop, I know I am!"

We both laugh and walk outside to the front yard.
