She fixes my crown and my sash before we walk into the door.
I walk in first and Danni and Rae are behind me.
Once I open the door, I see a bunch of family and friends inside of the house.
"HAPPY EIGHTEENTH BIRTHDAY LANI!" Everyone yells.
I stand there in shock.
"Awe, a surprise party for me!" I smile.
I begin to greet everyone.

After searching for Lonzo for a while I finally find him in the kitchen.
"Hey babe!" I smile while walking up to him.
"Hey birthday girl!" Lonzo smiles while wrapping an arm around my waist.
"I'm finally legal!" I squeal.
Lonzo chuckles.
"Took long enough!" He says.
"So rumor has it that you planned all of this." I say.
Lonzo nods his head yes.
"Thank you so much!" I say.
I look up at Lonzo inching closer to his lips. I close my eyes and Lonzo does the same.
"LANI HAVE YOU SEEN THE PHOTO BOOTH?" I hear LaMelo yell.
My eyes fly open and I look at LaMelo.
"Awe, damn...was y'all about to kiss? Did I ruin it?" LaMelo asked.
I roll my eyes.
"Yeah you did," Lonzo smacks his lips.
"Well, since I did, y'all might as well go take some pictures in it!" LaMelo laughs.
Danni walks into the room and she looks LaMelo up and down.
"Nigga, leave them alone!" Danni smacks LaMelo's head pulling him out of the room.
Lonzo and I both laugh.
"You wanna go see the photo booth?" Lonzo asked me.
I nod my head yes.
We make our way to the photo booth and I get to cut in line cause like...it's my party.
I scan the props and Lonzo picks up these glasses.
I decide on not wearing a prop.
Lonzo and I begin to pose for the pictures.
I can't wait to see them because they seem like they are gonna be real cute.
Once the picture prints, I show it to Lonzo.
"That's so cute!" He smiles at me.

"My favorite one is the last one!" I say referring the the picture where I'm kissing Lonzo's cheek.
Lonzo chuckles.
"My favorite is the second to last one," Lonzo pauses. "Your uncle made me laugh!"
"How?" I asked while looking up at Lonzo.
"Because he-" Lonzo gets cut off by LiAngelo.
"Hey sis, happy eighteenth birthday!" LiAngelo says while hugging me.
I hug him back.
Rae walks up to the two of us.
"Babe, this hoe on the dance floor is tryna say I can't fuck it up, so imma need you to come here real quick!" Rae says while trying to pull LiAngelo away.
"But I'm talkin to-" LiAngelo starts to say.
Rae lets go of his arm.
"I'll go twerk on another nigga then!" Rae exclaims while walking away disappearing into the crowd.
"What the hell- I'll be right back!" Gelo laughs following Rae.
"You know," Lonzo says while looking me up and down.
"Hm?" I hum in response.
"I've never gotten a private dance from you!"
I cough laughing at Lonzo. "You ain't ready yet!"
Lonzo smirks at me and his eyes light up in excitement.
"Bet!"
"You think you're ready for it?" I asked looking up at him.
Lonzo nods his head a smirk on his face and I smack my lips together.
"Alright bet!" I grab Lonzo's hand pulling him onto the dance floor.
