LANI

We all sit at the table and suddenly Rain drops her fork.

Her face turns red and I see her body tense up.

Rain starts to breathe heavily and she places a hand on her throat.

I tap Danni and I nod my head towards Rain.

Danni's face turns from calm to oh my God.

"Rain?" Danni asked Rain.

"Lani- go get her inhaler!" Danni yells at me.

I rush upstairs looking for Rain's inhaler.

I find it in her drawer and I rush back downstairs.

Lonzo and Gelo are both helping Danni with Rain and LaMelo calls 911 on his phone.

I rush to Rain's side and I stick the inhaler inside of her mouth pushing it down twice, but nothing comes out.

I look behind the inhaler and it says '00' in red numbers.

"She's out of pumps!" I exclaim.

Once an ambulance arrives, they load an unconscious Rain in the back of a truck.

Danni, LaMelo and I follow the ambulance to the hospital and we rush inside of the hospital.

"I'm here to see Rain, Rain Rivers!" Danni says out of breathe.

"Rain Rivers," the lady says while typing on her computer.

"Rain Rivers is not allowed to take visitors at the moment, please wait in the lobby!"

"Wait in the lobby? Bitch I will fuc-" Danni starts, but she gets cut off by LaMelo.

"Baby, come on!" LaMelo says pulling Danni into the waiting room.

"Stupid ass lady," Danni mumbles.

She continues to mumble things about the lady to herself.

Rain hasn't had an asthma attack in years.

I wonder, what caused Rain to have an asthma attack?

All of us sit in the waiting room silently.

LaMelo glances at me and Danni.

"Don't worry, she'll be fine!" LaMelo pats my shoulder and he grabs Danni's hand rubbing circles on it.

I can tell Danni isn't listening, she is lost in thought.

After waiting a few minutes, Danni gets up again while walking over to the lady.

Danni walks back to LaMelo and I.

A doctor walks into the room and once she spots Danni, she walks over to us.

"We are keeping Rain overnight... Just to be safe." The Doctor speaks.

"Is she awake?" I asked.

The doctor nods.

"Follow me," the doctor replies.

We follow her into a hallway with less people.

"Rain needs to stay here for a few days so she can stay away from stress. As you should already know, Rain's asthma trigger is a high stress level." The doctor explains.

"Until we figure out what's stressing her out, we won't allow any visitors because we don't want her stress levels to rise- you never know who or what could be stressing her out!"

We all nod our heads.

This is all my fault, I'm causing unnecessary stress...
