His first mistake is saying ssj4 is the strongest saiyan transformation. That's false in some regards as the god forms, while yes, are not invulnerable to lazers for some reason, are still stronger and durable from what they've taken.
He's of course using the gt version. Even thought at this point: A. there are not know living universe 7 female saiyans with tails to turn into an oozaru. B. Universe 6 saiyans don't have tails.
The only way a Saiyan can attain Super Saiyan 4 is if they become a Golden Great Ape and regain conscious control over the form. Even after this form is attained, it cannot be accessed at will and requires exposure to Blutz Waves every time the user wishes to transform.
He also tries to use stuff from the GT Perfect files to try and say that full blooded saiyans can't go ssj4. I just read a translated version of the GT Perfect Files and it not once says that.

He tries to bring up the GT perfect files again about this. I have once again looked through those parts and I have not once seen anything that says this.
