Just because people use mods, doesn't mean that they should get immediately banned. They should be given a warning first and if they don't, that's when to do it.
And NO, they sure has hell don't deserved to be unable to access the online battles or lock them out of the game entirely. The only fucking person who deserves to be banned out of online battles is him for spamming and rage quitting!
He deserves to be boycotted from the game entirely so he can stop ruining it.
