I pull my suitcase out from the boot of the car, and Marcus quickly comes to help me.

"I'll miss you." He says giving me a smile.

I give him a look and chuckle.

"I'll only be gone until Thursday."

"I know, I'm just trying to sound like a caring husband." He gives me a look, shutting the boot of his car.

"I'll miss you too." I laugh rolling my eyes.

He smirks and pulls me in for a hug.

"Thank you again Layla for doing this for me."

"It's fine." I sigh. "Just surprise me with some gifts for when I get back ok?" I grin.

He smiles and kisses me.

"I might have a gift or two lined up."

"Can't wait." I smirk.

"If you have any problems just call me ok? Keep me updated with Michael too. I know he will be fine, but just make sure he knows what he's doing."

"I will." I nod.

"Good. Let me know when you've arrived safely too."

"Yeah, I will do that too." I smile.

"I love you." He kisses me.

"I love you too." I say kissing him back.

I smile and he watches me walk off in to the airport. I take a deep breath in and sigh. Now I've got to face Michael. Where even is he? I thought he'd be waiting here already.

"Hey."

I turn and look behind me. Michael smiles walking over to me, pulling his small suitcase behind him. He's wearing a smart white shirt and black trousers.

"Hi."

"Fully clothed today?" He says jokingly.

I give him a look. He tries to hide his smirk.

"Sorry..."

"Can we just forget about that night? Please?"

"Yeah, of course." He nods. "I'll try to forget you dancing on a pole, half naked... but it might be a bit difficult for me."

"I'm serious Michael. Let's just focus on the meeting ok? This is important to me and Marcus. No more mention of it, please. I'm embarrassed enough as it is."

"Ok." He nods looking at me seriously.

"Let's go, or we will miss our flight." I sigh walking off.

He quickly follows me. We line up and then give the lady our suitcases.

"Can I just say one more thing."

"Ugh, really Michael?" I say looking up at him.

"You shouldn't feel embarrassed about it. You were amazing."

He looks away as the lady scans through our boarding tickets. She smiles at us and gives us them back. I stay quiet. We get through security fine, and we make our away over to where all the shops are.

"I'm gonna head to the toilet." Michael says looking around.

"Ok." I nod.

I glance over at him as he walks over to the men's toilets. My phone pings. I look at it and see it's a text from Hayley, wishing me a safe journey. I look over at some shops and notice a Starbucks. I make my way over and order a coffee. Maybe I should get Michael one too, but I don't know what he drinks. I pay for my coffee and sit down.
