((Y/N)'s P.O.V.)
Fox and I watched a basketball game.
We both wore our hoodies with our jerseys underneath.
Once the basketball game finished, Fox and I walked up to the guys who had been playing.
I stood behind Fox as Fox asked, "Hey, can we play now?"
The boys looked at us and laughed.
"Why would we let you guys play with us?" One of them said.
"You promised," Fox responded.
"Well, we lied," The other guy said.
"Why can't we play?" Fox asked.
"Isn't it obvious?" The first boy said. "We don't want two shorties on our team."
Fox looked down and let go of the basketball he had been holding.
He ran away and I called after him.
"Fox!" I shouted as I picked up the ball and followed Fox.
~Flashback Over~
"I'm so sorry, Fox," I whispered as I looked at the old photo. "I'm sorry about not protecting you, but now I'm not standing behind you. I'll stand next to you. This will never happen.. Ever again."
