Panic attack

A/N:
Warning: This oneshot will have a panic attack

School today went very slowly. Today I am going to avengers tower to work with Tony stark and Bruce banner. When the bell rang indicating school was over I ran to my locker to get the homework I would need to do that day. As I ran outside I see a black Audi and a not so happy Happy (😉)waiting for me. I get in the car and start talking to the driver who was clearly ignoring me. After telling Happy about my day I put some music on and get some homework done. About half an hour later Happy tells me we have arrived, I thanked him and ran inside. Friday greets me as I stepped into the elevator and ask if she could take me to where Mister Stark is , when the elevator stops I see I'm in the lab, as I step out of the elevator I say "thanks Friday". "Hey Mister Stark, hey Bruce" I say so they know that I have arrived. "Hey kid. Why don't you start working on your project I'll be there soon" Mister Stark replied, after 15 minutes of working I hear something fall and break. Suddenly I'm back with Toomes. I see him press a button and his mechanical wings start coming at me. I dodge them left and right but they miss me. " I'm sorry Peter" Toomes says
" What do you mean. That thing hasn't even touched me yet" I reply
" True. Then again it wasn't really trying to" Toomes expressed.
All of a sudden the wings fly into the last standing beam and the building falls on me. I scream for someone to help me but no one comes. I can't breathe there is dust in my throat "help me please" "I'm stuck" "down here, help please". I try to lift the rubble off me, with some difficulty I succeed. I'm back at the lab but I feel the rubble still one. I start hyperventilating and I see someone telling me something but I can here them it sounds like I'm underwater. I'm going to pass out from lack of air. I need to breathe. Breathe peter breathe. I can't breathe. I'm still feel like under the rubble from the building but I see Mister Stark and I realise I'm not under the rubble. I start seeing things around me. Mister stark has a worried face he's telling me something. "Breathe slowly, follow my breathing." He puts my hand on his chest and starts breathing in heavily, I try to copy him but I still feel like I'm drowning. After 15 minutes I start breathing on my own and I realise that I have been crying and I am shaking a little bit. "Hey peter, are you feeling better?" Bruce asks. I nod my head not being able to speak. He hands me a glass of water and I drink it slowly my hands still shaky. "do you want to talk about it?" Mister Stark asks in a soft voice as he takes the empty cup from me. I nod my head and start telling him what happened with Toomes. After I finished telling Tony what happened he asks how often it I get panic attacks I told him a few times a week but never this bad, I can usually snap out of it quickly. Mister Stark said he is going to help me and that he also has had panic attacks. He gives me a hug and we go sit on the couch and order some pizza and watch Star Wars.
