I advice that you read Book 1: Fallen Angel, before proceeding onto Book 2: Shrimp. If you don't want to read Book 1, that's still fine, but along the book, you'll find some references to past events that haven't happened in this book but have happened in the pervious book. Also reading Book 1 would better help you understand the storyline, and the title of this book; "Shrimp." seeing as we are practically just picking up from where we left off in Book 1.
