Awsten: {ignores him; blushing and smiling} I need my scissors. {walks to his metals hanging on the wall and pulls the scissors off.}

Awsten: {turns around} Thanks. {walks back to the box} So how have things been going? Met a good guy yet?

Geoff: What do you mean?

Awsten: {stabs the tape on the box} Like has anyone caught your interest?

Geoff: Well I've been interested in the same person for a while now, so.

Awsten: Really? {tears the tape down the middle}

Geoff: Mhm. {Awsten begins cutting the sides} Did you ever read the interview I did back in Australia?

Awsten: I don't think I did.

Geoff: You should.

Awsten: Why?

Geoff: I talk about being gay and whatnot.

Geoff: Of course.

Geoff: {disgusted} Awsten!

Awsten laughs as he opens the box. A rectangular box wrapped in white tissue paper lays on top of clothing and other things. The man pulls out the wrapped gift first.

Geoff: Ah, yes. The thing I've been waiting for you to open.

Awsten: I'm a tad concerned.

Geoff: Don't be.

Awsten unwraps his gift slowly. He is soon able to read the label, along with physically observing what his friend got him.

Awsten: Geoff...

Geoff bursts into laughter.

Awsten: Why would you get me this?!

Geoff: So you can have fun!

Awsten: I don't need a fucking dildo!

Geoff: {smiling} Maybe you do. I mean, I know you're active now, and sometimes the alpha likes to use toys on the--

Awsten: Why are you trying to help me in my sex life?! I am perfectly capable of doing things for myself, you know.

Geoff: I thought that you'd at least enjoy it for personal pleasure.

Awsten: I do not need personal pleasure.

Awsten unpacks the rest, finding that Geoff sent him all the t-shirts and sweaters from his merch store, a few records of their favorite albums, some candy, and a signed poster of Geoff.

Awsten: So what have you been doing lately?

Geoff: Working, mostly. I recorded two videos and I still have some more to work on for one I've had planned for months.

Awsten: Months?!

Geoff: It's a very important video, hun.

Awsten: Ah.

Geoff: What about you?

Awsten: I've mostly been writing, improving on lyrics, putting music to songs, et cetera.

Geoff: Can I hear one?

Awsten: {chuckles} No.

Geoff: Why?!

Awsten: Because you gotta wait like all of my fans.

Geoff: You haven't even told your fans that you're working on the songs yet.

Awsten: Well I don't even have a studio recording, so...

Geoff: Then get a recording.

Awsten: I'm working on it. I have about three different places in mind, I just gotta see who would have the best prices to record some demos.

Geoff: Why don't you record it yourself?

Awsten: I'd rather not.

Geoff: Why?

Awsten: I'm solo. I don't wanna fuck up, especially since there wouldn't be another set of ears.

Geoff: True.

Awsten: {sighs} Well I gotta go. Bye Geoff.

Geoff: Bye Aws.
