All Might's POV

I watch as she makes her way towards the seat, staring a moment before I sit down at my desk.
Dr H/N.... never heard of her. Wonder why Nezu would invite her in...

"You said you had watched our students at the sports festival, correct?" Nezu had started, earning a small nod from her.
"What can you tell me? What do you think?"
There was silence. Nezu patiently awaiting a response.
"I'm sorry what? I don't quite understand"
"What do you think of our students?"
"Y-your students?" Dr H/N thought for a while, laying her head on the back of the chair in deep thought, her e/c eyes scanning over the room until landing on me, I nervously look away and pretend to be tidying some stuff.

The students huh...
I hear rustling in the corner, All Might was tidying some stuff but for some reason it felt like he was avoiding my gaze.
I sit straight once again, crossing a leg and resting my elbow on it where my chin rested
"MMmMMMm"
"What is good and what needs improving?" He asked in a simple manner, realizing I was struggling on what to say.
As I was opening my mouth to speak the door opened

"Huh? Who is that?" I turn only to meet with a big pair of boo-
"She is a guest, Dr H/N" Nezu introduced as I bowed my head slightly
"Never heard of her...Why She here" she says with a hum as she heads over to, what I assume, her desk
"Job interview?" She finishes as Nezu shakes his head
"No, I'm afraid not. No matter how many times I ask her to work here she always refuses--"
"WHAAAat" a loud voice pierced the air, which got quieter when Eraser Head glared at him.
Present Mic, Eraser Head and Midnight had now entered the room, seems it was their break but they seemed a little suprised in their own way
"I thought the school didn't give out job offers" Eraser Head started
"Well, this one caught my eye" Nezu replied, making me turn back to him
"Now if you please" he gestured everyone to be quiet, giving me a pass to talk.

"Your students...." I started as everyone just went on Sat at their desk and Present Mic made 2 coffees.
"They're good?" I shrug "Each of them are very unique and strong in their own way, most seem to keep track of why they are here but..." I paused
"But?" Nezu repeated.
"They're missing other things." Everyone's attention turned to me now, for improvement or they are probably offended
"Your students rely on quirks alone.. of course those who have body quirks have no choice but to do so though.... that doesn't mean they cannot improve other things."
"And what are they missing" nezu asks, leaning in interested.
I lift up 5 fingers
"Each student contains at least one but tends to miss others" I start then proceed to lower one of my fingers
"Strengh" then another
"Speed" and so on
"Agility
Logic
And Expierence" my hand was now formed into a fist as I suddenly raise one finger
"Although- ....many lack Expierence, there's one class that has one... and they are lucky since Expierence is the most important" I finally lower my hand.
"How's Expierence the most important?" Asked Midnight, crossing her arms under her breasts in a tacky manner.
I think about her question then reply
"Let's say All Might, the number 1 hero, has all four...but lacks Expierence." I started
"If he suddenly met with a strong villain he would most certainly lose" I stated, earning a few "whaat" replies
"You see, with Expierence you can gain the other four, but with the four you don't gain much of experience.
Expierence is your tactics in battle, it is your strength....but it is also your pain endurance...and without it-" I look back at All Might "if All Might didn't dodge or block attacks... he wouldn't be able to stand up like he always does and fight back".I finish.
Midnight seemed to be about to disagree when Nezu interrupted
"That makes sense...." he started "so you're saying our students miss it?"
I turn back and shrug "most do...but there's this one student that seems to have a little...if not more than others" I say with a cheeky smile across my face.
"And who might that be?"

"Izuku Midoriya"
