Lily's POV
I wanted to apologize to Emma for being so eager about knowing her past. Kat began to tell me and then I realized that it wasn't right and I told her to stop and went to find Emma but I lost her in the crowd of people.

Yesterday morning she didn't really talk to me much so hopefully she does today at the ice skating rink. And now I have the whole week to try and become close with her again. Hopefully everything goes okay.

Emma's POV
I was stuck sitting next to Lily in the car which was the number one thing I didn't want to do because I am pissed at her. She seriously went to Kat just because I won't tell her about my past. I'm not telling her because I know that she'll never want to talk to me again, and she'll look at me differently. Why can't she be like Ben and respect my decisions?

Once we got to the rink, Sam, Ben and I got out of the car while Lily stayed frozen in her seat. "Get out of the car." I demand, she shakes her head. "I can't."

"Why not?" I snap, she sighs and looks at Ben and Sam nervously. "Because I just got my period and it went through my pants." I couldn't help but laugh. Karma's a bitch.

"Seriously Lily?! You got period blood in my car again, are you kidding me?!" Ben shouts angrily, causing the whole parking lot to look at us. Sam and I were just laughing. "I'll take her home, you guys can go in if you want."

"Are you sure?" Sam questions, Ben nods. "Yes, because she's going to be bitching all day about her cramps and I'd rather not leave her home alone. I know you're not on the best of terms but you two should go have fun. We can all hang out another day this week." Ben got into the car and drove away arguing with Lily.

I look over at Sam who looks nervous. "Do you know how to skate?" He shakes his head and chuckles nervously. "No. The last time I skated I broke my leg. I'm just here for you because I felt bad for ruining your birthday and I wanted to make it up for you."

"Then why don't we go get pizza or something?" I question, he smiles and nods. "That would be great."

As we walked to the pizza place, the same one Lily dragged me in over the summer, I couldn't help but chuckle because the last time we were here, I hated his guts and now we are friends.

At first it was silence but I decided to break it by asking the question that I've wanted to know since homecoming."Can I ask you something?" He nods.

"Why did you kiss Stacey at homecoming?" He sighed and shook his head. "It's not what you think it was. It was a goodbye kiss."

"Why? Aren't you two friends?" I question, he nods. "Yeah but as you know we used to have an on and off relationship. That was until we both cheated on each other. Anyways, there's something you should know about the day you were attacked. I was trying to tell you what her and I talked about at the hospital, but I was interrupted by Lily, but I think you should know."

Sam's POV
I decided that I wasn't gonna let her be mad at me over this anymore. She needs to know what really happened. She needs to know the truth.

"Hey, where's Emma? I need to ask her something." Lily shook her head. "She's gone. She ran out right after talking to Stacey and we haven't seen her since. Lily's been so worried and I've been looking all day but we can't seem to find her." Ben replied with a sigh.

"Did she seem upset at all?" I question, Lily and Ben both nod, I sigh, a sigh of relief. I know exactly where she is. "I think I know where she is. Go under the bleachers, it's where I went freshman year when I was upset. I'll talk to Stacey." I stormed off without saying another word. I need to find her.
