My trial was about to be begin and I looked at the jurors as they took their seats. I then looked to the back of me and saw just about the whole school there including the principal in my spot. I spoke to her on the phone and she was really nice. Some of teachers were here as well and my family came as well. After the judge came in we took our seats and the first witness the attorney called was Cammy. She had a orange jumpsuit on and we made eye contact. She started crying then the attorney began questioning her and talking to her.

Attorney: Are you crying because of seeing Ms Row

Cammy: Yes

Attorney: In your diary you talked your tutoring sessions with her and could you explain to the court what happened during those sessions

Cammy: I tell her about my problems more than we learn sometimes and she would rub my back and tell me everything going to be okay, and she would tell me I'm a beautiful girl and give me compliments and I thought she liked me, who wouldn't

Attorney: No further questions your honor

Lawyer: So because my client rubbed your back as you cried and told you your pretty you took that as she was interested in you

Cammy: Yes

Lawyer: Why did you shove my client off the roof top

Cammy: Because she likes Emily and Cherry more and she doesn't give a shit about me

Judge: Language

Lawyer: Was that a rumor you heard or did you actually see my client involved with the two young ladies

Cammy: Well she said she saw them but I never actually seen Ms Row with them doing anything inappropriately

Lawyer: Besides rubbing your back has she ever kissed you or rubbed your leg or made you feel uncomfortable

Cammy: No

Lawyer: No further questions

She stepped down off the stand and my blood began to boil as thought about the rumors that little racist bitch was spreading. I banged my fist on the table and the judge told me to relax after that they called Emily to the stand. Once she was seated the attorney started to question her.

Attorney: Has Ms Row ever made you feel uncomfortable any kind of way

Emily: No

Attorney: Ever spent time alone with her with just you and her in the office or classroom

Emily: No

Attorney: Really because the evidence here in several of these videos from the school shows you in her office quite often, and here are a few pictures of you getting her car and a hour later you two return and she hugging you tight, want to tell the court what was happening

Emily: Nope

Attorney: So it's safe to say Ms Row was involved with you intimately outside of school

Emily: I'm not going to have you make up nonsense that isn't true. My parents are looking at me and I didn't want to get in trouble but the reason why I spend so much time with her is because I have stupid cheating boyfriend name Jeff and Ms Row gives out condoms in her office. My parents wouldn't talk to me about it so I started doing it on my own and one day I was burning and Jeff told me he cheated and was burning too. I went to her crying and to console me and then she took me to the clinic and it turns out I only had a yeast infection and a UTI because I didn't know you are supposed to pee after sexual intercourse. My parents didn't tell me anything and won't even talk to me about my period, I was borrowing tampons from friends until Ms Row started buying me my own pack. She was teaching me about basic hygiene and sex because I didn't understand it. I thought I was pregnant a month ago and I was and she took me to plan parent hood so I could take the appropriate steps to abort it and she helped me get birth control so I wouldn't get pregnant again. So don't you dear stand there in a fancy suit trying to make a good person look bad. She was helping me with understanding myself and my body and talking to me about sex and boys
