After Emily got off the stand her parents looked so disappointed in her. She held her head down as she sat next to them and then they called Cherry to the stand. I was hoping and praying she didn't let something slip accidentally.

Attorney: So are you going to tell me the reason why you spend so much time with Me Row is the same reasons your friend does, because she seems to be at your house often according to her driving records

Cherry: No actually I spend a lot of time with Ms Row is because she talked me off jumping off a bridge. Her family helped me when I was nothing but a fifteen year old homeless stripper. Her family got me and my parents visa so we could stay here. I spend a lot of time with her at school is because I get a lot of racist comments but you have no idea what's like to be a black Muslim in a school with everyone lighter than you. I be there crying to her and she tells me it's going to be okay. She's at my house often because my parents took a liking into her and they are good friends. So sorry to burst your bubble lady but she just being nice to me

After that she stepped off the stand we made eye contact. I was so glad nothing got revealed by accident. After that the trial would continue tomorrow. When I got there I finally took the stand. The attorney then stared at me and I wanted to punch her.

Attorney: Your very involved with your students

Simone: So

Attorney: So why is it that you give these girls the world and no one else, what about young lady Cammy or the lady that told everyone what you have been doing

Simone: Okay first off I help where I see legit problems that can destroy a teenager. That little girl is racist and there's nothing I can do about it. Second off I was helping Cammy she took it the wrong way. On the day she pushed me off the roof I called about getting her emancipated because child services keeps sending her back to her abusive parents. I called my sister to send out a psychologist because I feel like she behind academically and I didn't want to tutor her until I figured out the root of the problem. She needed her GED to get a job because unfortunately the justice system so fucked up that she was raped by a older man had his baby and running free and owes child support when she only seventeen, she is seventeen years old. I was helping any student I saw in danger like Cherry or Emily or her and I helped if no one was doing nothing. My family were the ones that got Cherry off the streets and into school, made them citizens and found her parents, I helped Emily because she didn't even have proper hygiene especially on her period and she could have caught a disease or be pregnant and not know her options, I just helped her understand sex and how to be a lady and if Cammy didn't take it the wrong way she could have been in a nice apartment instead of cell

Attorney: Nice speech but that doesn't explain why you spend so much time at Cherry house and why on your computers you seem to search converting to Muslim quite often do tell us what you talk about so much with her parents

Simone: My business

Judge: Simone answer the question

Simone: WE TALK ABOUT GOD, my sister boyfriend raped me two years ago and I lost my faith because I'm a good person and bad shit always happening to me. They were helping me restore my faith and I was thinking about being a Muslim because of their God. I was starting to feel like maybe there was one but I'm sitting here being accused of something I didn't do so maybe there is no God
