I walked into the court room and I seen Derek and his mom but Robbie didn't show. Derek grew up without a father so I personally think that's why he's fucked up the way he is
I sat on the stand as my dads lawyer handed the judge the note I received that day, Also sonny was precent
He was with his aunt ..he told me his parents never did care about him, that's why he was staying in a apartment alone
"The court shall raise" a officer said, everyone stranded up including me and they brung over a bible towards me and I laid my hand on the Bible
"Swear to tell the truth and only the truth" I nodded and said "I swear"
"Ever May be seated" I was nervous and scared and I don't know what for.. I was the victim
Derek lawyer came up to me "Miss Onfroy, you have quite a history of sexual harassment, is this your first encounter?"
"No" I said confidently
"And Robbie has been harassing you for the longest" I glanced at my mom as she was crying not to cry "yes.."
"So, if you had so many encounters with Robbie, why is it the first Everyone is hearing about it."
"I- w-"
"And is it true that you dated them both"
"y-yes but—"
"Then why did you only do something about this time being now?" I was tripping over my own words, I knew I had to be careful I just didn't know how to say it
"W-well, Robbie had made me feel hopeless about it, I felt like anyone I would tell they wouldn't help me.. and I was right" I had to be truthful because I know they're going to fuck with my mind
"so you told someone about the harassment?" I nodded
"She use to be my friend, her name was Aliyah , she use to tell me to s-stick close by her so he wouldn't bother me.." I couldn't help but to let the tears stream down my face.

I watched as my lawyer asked Derek questions and he was lying like a pro
"Do you have any following proof that you did not write that letter?" Derek shook his head as the officer gave the judge the letter
"No further questions.." as she was reading the letter and I seen her gasp at the end of it and sit the letter down.
"I've heard enough I need to hear.." she said, Derek's family were suing me 67 thousand dollars so we had to win this case..
"Officer Daniel what time is it?" The judge asked "5 in the afternoon"
"Hm.. Derek Costco, Robbie Anderson, 5 months probation ... Sonny Vixen, 3 months probation" she banged her fable and everyone clapped their hands and smiled as I hugged my mom tightly,
After everyone was leaving the court room I ran and hugged sonny "I'm sorry I put you into this mess" I said into our hug he just chuckled "fuck that. You won the case, I'm so proud of you ..." he kissed my head
He let me go and put his arms behind his back as the police officer cuffed him, "vist me later," he said
"I will.." I hated seeing him like this but he was so happy at the same time..
